Ingredients

Fresh cabbage 300g
Boiled beets 2-3pcs
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Potatoes 6-7 pcs
Beef 300-400g
Mayonnaise 300g
Salt taste
Sunflower oil for frying 300-350ml

Cooking method

  • Once, while visiting, I tried this dish under that name, at home I decided to repeat it. Now this is our favorite dish along with HERRING UNDER A FUR COAT.
  • In general, it is similar to venigret, so the amount can be taken from your preference.
  • For a long time I was going to lay out this recipe, but since I do not have a photo yet, I did not dare.
  • So, chop the cabbage as usual for salad and salt. We crumple it to make it softer. We put it in a large saucepan.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into strips and deep-fry them, that is, we get FRENCH FRIES.
  • Put in a saucepan with cabbage.
  • Cut the beef into cubes with a side of 1.5-2 cm. Fry in a saucepan until golden brown.
  • We take out and put in a saucepan with the rest of the products.
  • The garlic can be finely chopped or passed through a garlic press.
  • Peel and cut the beets into cubes. Put in a saucepan, add mayonnaise and mix everything.
