And one more question, I baked bread on the second program, the time is 3 hours 50 minutes, it should be more roasted on all sides, but I got the same as on the first program, and the crust is pale.

You asked me to address you in the Alaska bread maker topic, I did it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=227329.0 then follow the link.

For beginners, we have a special topic "The bread failed again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What could be the matter?" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
We read, study, memorize all topics by links in the topic and learn to bake bread

Lika, good afternoon! I also have a non-branded bread maker, Octavo. friends from China brought, unfortunately, without instructions. I looked at the photo of your HP - exactly the same scoreboards, and the sequence of modes is exactly like mine. wanted to ask, do you use modes 11 and 12? - this is a sandwich and pastries (as I understand it, without kneading dough). I just don't know how to put the stove on 12 mode. from 1 to 9 and 10, we clearly select just by pressing the "menu" button, and then again the 1st and 2nd modes go

Lika, good afternoon!

Lika has long been absent from the site.

Here we are talking only about the bread recipe itself !!!!
We ask all questions about the operation of the x / stove in the Phillips section https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=444.0

In the bread according to this recipe, one can feel the density - what I liked about the store-bought bread of "Soviet" times. Now the bread is too airy, some empty (mostly). And those that you like are more expensive than usual.
And here ... It's like LeGo ... to assemble the components in a certain sequence and press the buttons ... You don't even need to be smart, just check the expiration date.
Shl. I stopped buying bread in the store.
Thank you girls!)

Good day! We bought a Tarrington House 2700 bread maker. TX2600 used to be Alaska. I'm getting ready to bake my first bread. Tell me if it is possible to measure out 500 g of flour with a measuring cup without harming the essence of the recipe (until I purchased the scales).

We go by topics:

Amount of main ingredients in one measuring cup and spoon https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8236.0

The amount of flour and other ingredients for making bread of various sizes https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1625.0

Further, on all topics, Bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

Thank you Admin-Tatiana for vigilance and readiness to help novice bakers! The first bread was baked according to a recipe from a book with an increase in the amount of yeast on the advice of someone from the members of the forum and replacing part of the water with sour milk. I had to add flour in the process for the "correct kolobok" (I read your advice for a reason). The whole family was present and advised.
The first Khlebushek was not lumpy! Plump, tasty, with a thin, moderately browned crust! Despite my protests, it was cut hot and almost immediately eaten, which gave hope for further baking. The bread maker is a miracle!
P.S: Then raspberry jam was cooked on the Jam program. Beauty in the sense of freeing yourself from the process until the moment you close it in a jar! And delicious (yes, for fresh white bread).

thanks a lot for this recipe! This is my 3rd attempt at baking bread and finally kind of successful. At least the bread tasted and looked good
The first 2 attempts were a complete failure ...I have a tarrington house 2700 bread maker. The recipes from the fishcoat that came with the kit are worthless. I already began to doubt the abilities of my own and the bread maker and decided to give us the last chance, and went to the Internet. Found this recipe and it worked !!!

Gallka, what a handsome man! BRAVO!
iro4ka
the bread cannot fail, maybe they thought the wrong thing when kneading?
Alenka212
Gallka, looks very appetizing. I also have TX 2700. For lack of weights, I baked white bread only according to a book, but increased the amount of yeast. Everything works out. Along the way, the question is, you do not get the impression that it kneads flour well from two angles diagonally, and worse from the other two? Or is it just me? The rest is completely satisfied with the purchase.

The principle of baking bread is the same in almost all ovens, so I propose to follow the links on this topic. Bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. Please tell a newbie ... I have Alaska 2700, the weight of the finished bread is 650 and 800g. If you bake Lika's "white bread" according to the amount of products suggested in the recipe, what mass of ready-made bread should I put? She has 2.0 L .... and is the program still for the first experience basic or French, as Lika suggests?

According to Lika's recipe - Cooking program: FRENCH, size 2 LB, MEDIUM crust.

Flour according to the recipe is 500 grams, which means that the weight of the finished bread will be APPROXIMATELY 700-800 grams, and this is the starting point.
Such bread can be baked on the Basic program.

Thanks a lot for the recipe! The bread turned out the first time !!! I baked in a scarlett sc 400 bread maker - everything turned out just super, though for our family this loaf (it turned out about 700 grams) was enough for half an hour I had to do it again

I bought a Chinese Leran BM 1301 bread machine. There is no recipe book in it, the instruction is somehow incomprehensible, according to it, first (320 ml) liquid, flour (700 g), salt (2 tsp.), Sugar (2 tbsp. L) and yeast ( 15 g dry) "and in no case should yeast be mixed with salt or, even worse, with water. The program is basic. In parentheses, what I put in the instructions, only the order of laying and the weight of the finished bread: 750 and 900 g. Bread turned out tasty, moderately ruddy, but I would like to have a bigger crust and the top crust has burst.Question: does the order of the bookmark matter and is it possible to put pressed yeast? The second experience will be your recipe
Admin

does the order of setting matter and can you put compressed yeast? The second experience will be your recipe

Occurs if kneading and baking are set on the timer. If the baking is right after the bookmark, there is no difference in what order the bookmark is made, since the kneading starts immediately and all the ingredients are instantly mixed into one mass.

Try to bookmark this table Amount of flour and other ingredients for different sizes of bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1625.0 , there is very little liquid in your example, so the bread is cracked and dense.

And we read the topics on the links here Bread again did not work, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0 and especially the BAKING MANUAL ...

I specially registered to say many thanks to the author. I also got a non-branded model "Graetz", and even without instructions, but it looks so much like a stove with a photo. In short, this is my first bread in a bread maker, it turned out wonderful. Many thanks to the hostess. I would be glad if you share the recipes for black bread without sourdough.

Alaska BM2600 loved this bread. All two years, only it was done almost every day ... The bucket was out of order. We decided to boo and bought a Panasonic 2501.
Unfortunately, according to this recipe on the main program, bread with different properties turned out (more magnificent, inside a different consistency) - somehow we did not really like it ... True, we tried it once, but it was hardly mistaken. I will have to experiment with programs and line-up in search of the former ideal.

Yes, you can't do without experiment

Suitable, take and bake! Just keep track of the flour-liquid balance when kneading, the dough is soft (but not liquid).

the top of the bread falls off when baked in the bread maker. recipe 500g flour 1.5 tsp yeast 1.5 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 300g water tell me what's wrong.

This is almost the correct recipe. It means you need to check the actual setting of the ingredients, and how and with what it was measured, there may be an inaccuracy in the measurements.
And we read The bread rises, but falls inward. Causes. it is possible that the dough has stood, it was too warm during kneading or proofing.
mom
Thank you very much for the recipe. We bought a bread maker just a couple of days ago. We are just mastering. According to this recipe, the bread turned out to be soft. tasty. air ... Photo. Unfortunately. I haven't learned how to insert here yet)
