It is possible without HP. Any dough can be made by hand. And then bake in the oven in the same way.
But I would still recommend buying HP. She is an excellent dough mixer, and can take on bread, and a full cycle of dough making, and not just kneading.
madames
Girls! How glad I am that you answered me. Here HP looked. Oh. there are so many of them and different., I do not understand anything. Which one to look at and how much to take for pies and cheesecakes? The weight output of the loaves is written. What is it like? What kind of loaf comes out for 1 kg of flour? Give an advice. It's just that one hand doesn't work well, my husband kneads the dough, helps all the time. Apparently the time has come in old age for a bread machine and a mini-oven. Help me please. Thank you.

Serving cabbage pies ...
by Sunday evening, the pies came to an end and my husband received an offer: "shouldn't we bake something tasty?"
Since at that moment a 7-month-old baby was sitting in my sister's arms, who had a teething for the second day in a row in an active phase, and our husbands had already booked a table in the billiard room, I realized that "us" is ME.
Since in my entire life I have baked many charlottes, once fishcakes and a couple of days ago, pies, where did I go to look for delicious? - right! to Scarecrow!
After consulting with the elder nephew, examining the contents of the refrigerator, we decided that cheesecakes are what you need!
There was a deviation from the recipe. HP was busy with bread, so remembering the lessons learned from the pies, I kneaded the dough in a kneader (half a portion of flour), put it in the oven for an hour, preheated to 40 degrees, then added the remaining flour - it turned out great.
The first time was not without jambs) the cottage cheese turned out to be not very fat (I remembered the tips for baking charlottes with berries) added starch. I will not say that it greatly saved the situation, but it turned out quite nothing in my opinion.
The men were returned from the billiards with a photo of cheesecakes with the signature that in 30 minutes they would be over)))

The syndrome of an excellent student will not be exterminated)))
I did not add sugar to sour cream, everyone was told that I could sprinkle with powder if necessary.
Personally, for me, the cheesecakes themselves are quite sweet, I rarely eat such baked goods, I like puff pastry or muffins more ... just now I read the recipe for prunes, it seems to me it should turn out delicious.
I just bought fresh prunes, I'll try them by the weekend.

Fatty cottage cheese, just cottage cheese. Spit on this Philadelphia! We haven't had it for about a year either. Lost completely ...

Irish, well, if you really want to go with Philadelphia, replace it with cream cheese I assure you, no worse than Philadelphia, as for me, it is much better ...

Enti baked the most sweets at night Naivenaya, I thought it would take 2 hours to manage (it took 4) at 5 in the morning, blinking my eyes, didn’t drink sour cream, so (probably) the filling did not absorb, 9% cottage cheese. ), 1 glass of milk. This is me to the fact that mine look a little different, the cottage cheese sticks out, the sour cream is thick on top And most importantly, that everyone really liked
Thank you, Natasha, for such wonderful spells! They turned out to be not photogenic, so I freed them from the photo session.
10 pieces fit into my stove, so 6 more were baked in Panasonic 18, with a coup. During the day I tamped 3 pieces in a belly, for me this is a lot of baking, I like to cook it more than eat it
Next time I will bake the remaining 6 (or whatever happens there) on the grate, on the second floor.
I read the whole topic, and cooked from the book

Cheesecakes with sour cream filling
I had plans to take a picture of all the vessels with 16 cheesecakes ... Yeah ... Until I got to the kitchen, this is all that remains after my words, which we will try now. Mine danced around the friendship of cheesecakes with sour cream for so long that they swept them away instantly. Eh, so they would crack the porridge
Thanks Nat

MaBa,

The hilarious report of all. It would be even cooler if the photo contained empty vessels))).

The dough is already breaking up, but bad dancer in no way those eggs do not give me rest ...

Quote: Scarecrow
1 egg and 2 yolks

Natul, you are smart, please explain what exactly this combination gives in the dough: a whole egg + yolks?

And what if 2 whole eggs ?!

Or just yolks ?!

Or ... or ... or don't lay eggs at all, but replace them with the same milk ?!
Scarecrow
Crochet,

So, girl, lay your eggs and do not show off!)))

In principle - put 2 eggs, nothing particularly terrible and noticeable to the eye will not happen, although, if you find fault, practically only yolks are useful to the dough. Protein only if whipped into foam is needed in some places (and this is clearly a non-yeast dough). The yolk is an emulsifier, that is, it allows the ingredients to combine fairly uniformly, this is an obstacle to staling (protein is the opposite). But in pure bread dough, even it is not comilfo, since it prevents the development of gluten. That is, in focacci, French, chabattu, just plain white, especially rye, it is better not to put an egg in any form.

Scarecrow, thank you very much for the recipe! Yesterday I made a double portion, came home from work - and there is nothing to photograph

Nata, I baked this beauty the day before yesterday! Accidentally I saw it in the tape and caught fire.Very tasty, soft, airy, awesome! Me and my ogloe-eaters really liked it! Thanks for the recipe! It is delicious! Sorry I can't take a picture - I was discharged, but the charger was forgotten at a party. The kids were picking the fill with their fingers! And I was drooling - I need to lose weight a bit! And then:

Scarecrow, Natasha, thanks for the cheesecake recipe. : yes: I liked it very much, the children ground it right away. We'll have to cook 2 portions, one was not enough for our family.

Scarecrow, Nata, thanks for these recipes!
The holidays have just begun, I want something like that (for some reason, the photo turned around)
Cheesecakes with sour cream filling
Deliciously delicious! Curd was 250 gr. all, but the creamy almette was lying around, and that's where she went. Sour cream with a spoonful of powder to make it tastier. I poured it straight into the oven, which I had just turned off. We stood for about an hour, then with tea for a few and left.
Soft, tender, airy, curd. I would even put more cottage cheese, it seems to be absorbed into the dough.
For a long time they were in my plans. Finally I did it, now I will dream about bagels ...
Scarecrow
M @ rtochka,

Oh, thank you, kind person, for the reminder !! I forgot about them completely. I drained all the cottage cheese into a casserole. Now we must wait for a new trip to the thrush.

Your cheesecakes are wonderful.
Irene Malysheva
Scarecrow, Nata, I noticed your buns with sour cream filling right away))) - they reminded my grandmother's pies with cottage cheese from childhood, but my grandmother poured hot sour cream and sprinkled it with sugar on top, the sugar melted on hot pies and it turned out to be so delicious))), then this filling froze on the pies and they seemed to turn out in a cream. But my grandmother took sour cream from the market, not from the store. Maybe someone is familiar with such a recipe ... But yours, I'll definitely try to compare
M @ rtochka
I'll get in for now
These cheesecakes are also poured hot.
I took them out of the oven, turned off the oven right away, and removed the cheesecakes from the baking sheet, put them on another form, poured them, and back into the oven right away. And they stood there until it cooled down.
And we have sour cream from the market here in the afternoon with fire ...
They carry some, but it is also impossible. It is necessary that the choice, and try to be like everyone else))), lick your hand 10 times, choose the most delicious
