then flour, then water-oil-juice?

Exactly!!!

And again about the unpleasant - about the service. More than a month has passed since the day when this wonderful bread maker for most members of the forum deigned to explode.
Since then, she has been in the M-video service on the street. People's militia.

Warranty repairs were immediately swept aside by them with great indignation. The summary was unambiguous - "you broke the glass yourself." For an hour I explained that it was at night, we were asleep, the stove baked and exploded, covering the entire kitchen with glass.

With great distrust they listened to all this, they said that this was the first case (although it was not the first, they wrote about it on the Internet) and promised to figure it out.

Two weeks passed. They call me from M-Video and happily say that the repair ... is paid, the door is replaced ... I say - wait a minute, but what about the stove? they: "Well, what, broke the glass, you need to change the door." Great again. I explain that the stove needs to be tested, that it exploded on its own, it means that something is wrong, why should I change the door, and even at my expense, if it bursts again tomorrow ...

Another two weeks passed. Nobody else calls me.

Morality. I cannot say anything about the quality of the bread, my oven baked only 1 loaf, the second was with glass. But the fact that Kenwood has no service in Russia - I can say that. And you need to understand this when you acquire their equipment, even while living in Moscow.

There is a Consumer Protection Law ... there are repair times, etc.

Give them deadlines, also mention independent expertise, etc. they don't like it

But the glass really could burst itself - or rather, a microcrack during transportation, when heated naturally it burst. Here, as it were, Kenwood was not to blame, and you did not formally beat him either. True, here the question arises about the design features - but this is again through examination and already communicate with the DeLonga representative office (they own the Kenwood trademark)

Good luck and patience

Hurrah! the stove was returned to me! They repaired, replaced the glass and returned it! True, during this time I managed to acquire a Panasonic
Nobody needs a practically new stove?
an_domini
Evbor, two stoves are great! This kit has been working for me for the second year, it's very convenient, see for yourself. For different needs - different ovens, and if you need two breads, then in one black, in the other white at the same time. If you need a lot of dough (more than one pie), it's also much faster. If they do not fit permanently in the kitchen, Panas is lighter, you can easily bring it from the pantry or from somewhere else. Ken is heavy, I have him stationary. And in the summer Panas lives in my dacha, and you don't need to carry a bread maker with you when traveling to the city.

Good day to all. Three weeks ago I became the owner of this model of a bread machine. I bought it in the M-video online store, at that moment there was a 2 thousand discount on it, and I got it for 6890 rubles. I am completely satisfied with the stove. She baked ordinary plain white bread (recipe from the instructions), Darnitsky bread from fugaska, French bread, French bread with onions from Bulochka, Red curl, made dough for pies according to the Scarecrow recipe, for roll according to the recipe from Stеrn ... All this turned out great , there were no problems, and I hope not! I put the ingredients, as written in the instructions, first the liquids, then the flour and yeast. The only thing, I first dissolve sugar and salt in milk / water. I am very pleased with this purchase.Thank you for your forum, which helped with this difficult choice, as well as for great recipes and interesting ideas!

Hello everyone! I don't know where to go / write. I have had this bread maker for 1.5 years, I was happy with everything. But there was a rattle on the bucket during kneading, I thought that something had gotten into the flour. The second bread, kneading - again scrapes, and after taking out the finished bread: a scratch from the kneader on the bucket about 1 cm to the metal !!! And the mixer holder itself fell off from the bottom ...
It's very disappointing, because she exploited it carefully ... On the Kenwood website, services are dull, sometimes they don't do it, then they say we order, but they don't send us ... Maybe someone has already bought a bucket? Tell me where to go?
Angelinka
Marusya29 , thank you!!!
I found buckets there, but it says that delivery is only in Moscow. I will call and ask.
Angelinka
This store is out of stock ... Wait 2-3 months (delivery from Italy). Just tin ... In St. Petersburg, too, there is nothing ... There are two options left: Ukraine and Germany ... Here is the service, so service ... I used to have a good opinion about this brand ... To remain without bread for another 3 months at the best case ...
Rina
Somewhere there was information that in Moscow on Gorbushka almost any spare part could be bought. Look not in branded services, but in firms specializing in spare parts for kitchen appliances.

So it was there alone, probably!
We'll have to buy a dough mixer, I won't have enough for a second bread maker ...

Girls, can someone in Ukraine tell you where you can buy a bucket?

Lisek
Hello everyone, please accept a newbie, today we bought a KENWOOD BM450 bread maker. For a long time we pondered which one, after reading reviews on the forum, comparing the characteristics, we settled on two models Panasonic SD 257 or this one. We arrived at the store and decided unanimously. While I'm reading the instructions, I hope to try it tomorrow.
Lisek

Welcome Lisek. Congratulations on your purchase. Good luck with your bread, and we will definitely help you as much as we can.

Thank you very much!!!!
Please tell me, in the operating mode of the menu it is written: total time (for example) 3:17 automatic dispenser 2:57. Does this mean that the dispenser adds ingredients after 2 hours 57 minutes?

Lisek this means that after the dispenser is triggered, there are still 2 hours 57 minutes left until the end of the program, and this figure will be on at this moment on the display. And it will work in your case 20 minutes after the start of the batch.
Lisek
Nataly_rz Now it is clear.

And you can also ask a question, I read in reviews about the bread maker that they put bread to bake at night. If you put it at 10 o'clock, then somewhere at 1 am it will be ready and you have to take out the bread? Or is there a delay so that the bread is ready, for example, by 8 am? Please explain this point!
Nataly_rz
Lisek After the end of baking, the finished bread must be removed from the bucket, otherwise it will damp. Therefore, if you do not want to get up at one in the morning in order to get bread from the bucket, you need to use the delayed start. It is done by clicking on the "+" button. For example, it is 11 pm now, and you want the bread to be ready by 8 am, so the time needs to be set at 9 o'clock, only after that do not forget to press the "start" button
Lisek
What is the best recipe to start with?
The recipe says ghee, but can you melt the butter, cool a little and add?
Lisek
I bought dry. milk (Polish) Mlekovita, but it is 26% fat. Can I use it?
klila
Lisek, 26% is the normal fat content for milk powder, you can safely use it.
From the recipes, for a start, you can try something from the instructions (for example, egg white bread or bread with the addition of different types of seeds, I only add sesame seeds). But in principle, take any recipe from the site and experiment, preferably starting with wheat. Just remember: liquid ingredients first, then dry ingredients.
Lisek
klila started with the recipe for "plain white bread" only instead of dry. I poured the usual milk instead of water.

Hello everyone! who is already in the know xb kenwood 450, share your experience, what do the numbers 1 2 3 mean in the first row of the scoreboard
Zhannika
If I am not mistaken, then during the execution of the program these figures show what kind of kneading / lifting is going on.
ekklenova
namely, during the execution of the program, these numbers (1, 2 or 3) light up in the same way as, for example, time? for me these numbers light up only when I enter a new program, and during cooking these numbers do not light up. Is it correct?

Tomorrow (or rather today) I will receive this stove, if the online store does not fail and higher powers do not intervene. And doubts still plague .... It hurts too much to praise their Panasonic. And in Moulinex 6002 you can bake baggets and ciabats ... You, who have been using this model for a long time, will dissuade you from buying or finish all the hesitations completely! It is not the first year that this wonderful oven has been on the market; it has been tested and tried out in different situations and by different people.
PS: This will be my first HP.
Thank you in advance!
Sveta3
On the contrary, I liked Kenwood right away and I didn’t watch the rest. For some reason, I do not like the plastic case of all other bread makers, it seems to me that steel is more reliable, because in the bread maker there is still an open heating element. Although it may be just my troubles. : girl_red: I have a stove for 4 months, I'm very happy, we only eat our own bread, it's just a pity that we have a problem with rye flour, it's not realistic to get it. So take Kenwood and eat your homemade bread !!!
olgaton
Yes, Kenwood certainly has an enchanting design that cannot but attract. But I'm still trying to understand how good he is at work. Then someone wrote that after a few months HP had peeled off. Is this an isolated incident or a mass disaster?
In general, I ask the experienced to share the experience gained during the operation!

By the way, I liked her as soon as I realized that Panasonic and Phillips would not suit me, both externally and internally. And when I saw Ken, I was also surprised that, in comparison with the same Panas, he had a stainless steel case, and at that time it was cheaper than Panas on their official website. Again, I don't understand why, if Panas was more expensive than Ken, there is no programming option in it
The design advantage is visible, I believe that the advantage of HP is that when baking, for example, small-sized bread, it does not burn. Of course, there is an advantage in programming, for example, you liked the cake recipe, but the proposed programs do not suit you in everything, so what - you can change one of the programs as close as possible to your recipe (though within the capabilities of your HP). Another advantage (though already for your money) is the second round baking dish. Then you don't have to change the mixers, one mixer can handle all types of bread. On the topic of rye bread, it seems, exactly about Ken, wrote the user Vanya28, he seems to have a Kenwood 450. I haven't found a single extra scratch during the whole time of washing the molds ... and I won't say that I spare the molds when I take out the dough mixer.Another advantage is that the HP has a dispenser where you can put nuts and raisins, and then, on a signal, add those ingredients that cannot be put into the dispenser, since they will not fall out when melted when the temperature rises.
Programming disappointed me a little. It turns out that rye bread should be cooked very much from under-the-hood ... Maybe, of course, it seems to me, as inexperienced, everything seems more complicated than it actually is.
But about the additional round shape - can you get more details? The first time I hear that Ken can get hold of extra. bucket. It was because of him that I almost bought Tefal 4002

Read the instructions?
Choose a recipe?
Or type the program once and bake
rye, for example, in 2 hours 45 minutes?

The Kenwood office gave a website 🔗who officially sell Ken parts. Just check with them the availability or at least the delivery time to their warehouse, because I bought in November and they were, those who applied there in December 2010 - January 2011, they could not buy, because they were told that the deliveries these buckets do not appear. You can call there and clarify everything, I paid 1500 r for a bucket, but two forms are very convenient.

Thanks a lot for the link! I will definitely order a bucket if a relationship with HP develops.

So, this miracle settled in my kitchen .... Whether it will receive a permanent registration depends on where my hands grow from To begin with, I chose the simplest, most guaranteed-resultant recipe for white bread from Admin. It immediately became clear that my electronic scales (from IKEA) can be thrown away ... However, I will try to change the battery - what the hell is not kidding, suddenly I'm already hooked, so they are turning off ... I had to add a lot of flour - to the initial 315gr about 50- 60, but the dough still remained damp in my opinion. I await the end of the experiment with horror ...

Just keep in mind, I don't know how they have it with delivery to St. Petersburg, I ordered it for Moscow.
Well, Moscow - St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg - Moscow ... We are neighbors. I don’t think there will be problems with this.
And the bread turned out! Even two First, plain white, and then oatmeal. And they went up well and baked, and the crust on the "medium" turned out to be really medium, and on the dark one - dark! I am very happy. Only with the programs everything is still not clear, and the instructions are written crookedly. That there is only one word "ahead"
Now I came here for a recipe for a dough for pies or buns of some kind. I will try.
olgaton
I honestly admit that it didn’t come to the pies. Instead of them sweet bread "Donskoy" was slightly adapted by me to the preferences of the family and the arsenal of products
(that is, without poppy seeds and raisins). This time I tried the timer. And again, all with a bang. Now a new loaf is cooling down - onion with dill. In total, four loaves of bread in two days. Three have already been eaten. And there are only three people in the family ... the consequences are frightening
The stove is just a miracle. I absolutely do not regret buying and choosing this particular model. One gets the impression that whatever you get into it, it will fix everything and make bread. I recommend this model to everyone planning a purchase! And the scales, of course - without them it will be hard for a beginner.Well, for yourself, too, be sure to have a scale.

"Is it worth chasing a brand?" and Help to make a choice, you will learn a lot of interesting things about our HP, moreover, impartial.
I read it when I chose mine. What can I say?
1. It's trite: I'm not rich enough to buy cheap (non-branded) things. There is some experience of communication with Vitek, Elenberg, PanasonicKS and others like them. I can't say that everything breaks down catastrophically, but ... They do not work for all 100 That is, even with the declared functions they cope poorly or do not cope at all. And it's inconvenient to use, and it's a pity to throw it away - you sit and wait for it to die in order to buy a normal device
2. Superfood blender Brown broke down in a month - the motor burned out. Changed under warranty. It has been working for the fourth year without any complaints. This I mean that absolutely all manufacturers have defects. Nobody is insured - neither Sony's buyer, nor the owner of Rolsen, VVK, etc.
3. Expensive hair straighteners Brown have been lying around for a year now, used twice. For what for goat accordion? The fact that I don't need them does not mean that they are bad. HP, I think, is also not needed by everyone.

I ask you not to throw stones, all of the above is my personal IMHO, which has nothing to do with anyone! Just judging from my own experience.
Vanya28
Throw stones or not
But I got acquainted the other day with the characteristics of one such budget model, which has no instructions for sale.
In support of what was written, I do not want to look for this message, but those especially suffering with stones can search on their own over the past couple of weeks.
The user herself with the chronometer compiled a table of modes and published it on the forum, and therefore read it.
They praised the bread maker for its cheapness, simplicity and convenience, buttons, like programs, do not get lost.
What's in the asset?
There are only three similar programs that are suitable only for baking wheat bread, that's all.
p.s.
The rest of the bread, just kneading dough or separate baking will have to be made by other known methods, but without the help of a bread machine.

Well ... In this situation, if you do not mind the time and effort ... You can knead the dough by hand, but bake it in the oven. I would be too lazy.

The only thing I can say about inexpensive models is that the operation of inexpensive models does not mean the operation of substandard or defective devices, this is like a mass culture, but there is an elite one, there is an elite technique and there is for a mass consumer (price segment).
I agree 100%

Tell me, do your stoves creak when kneading? Mine creaks. Not that it is too loud, not that it interferes, but ... Any creak means strong friction, which, in turn, is a herald of premature wear. I don't want the stove to break, I really fell in love with it
olgaton
Quote: Marusya29

Hello! Well, how to say, it baked here in a round, there was a creak, but I did not associate it with wear and tear, the bucket is younger than my own, but most likely this is due to the installation of the bucket itself and the dough mixer, but I may be wrong, in principle I do not really understand those , who complains about the noise from HP, I have it on the windowsill, perhaps not quite a flat surface for it, but there is no more space. I saw here in the Temko dough mixers how the dough mixer interferes, so it also makes noise .... well, for me, even though my hearing is for the violin, but for me the HP is less noisy than the dough mixer.I have more noise on kneading wheat dough than on kneading rye. Something like this. Now I am thinking of mastering the dough for cake. Let's make an experiment - mother's cake in the oven and mine in HP.
Hello!
The noise does not bother me at all. And even when the dispenser is triggered, no one in the family wakes up (even a dog and a cat are sleeping). I'm only afraid that the mechanism will not get broken ... And about the noise, they write very exaggeratedly in my opinion.
When the experiment with Easter cake is over, sign off, pliz
And yet, if it's not difficult - throw in an adequate reference for the discussion of multicooker, please!
And last but not least Where do they get rye flour ???
Vanya28
In Auchan, Moscow, there is peeled rye flour from flour mill # 3, the quality is the same as that of Sokolniki. Price 18 rubles per kg. Sokolnichesky packs up 900 gr.
If you want to excel with multicooker, it is useful to pay attention to the Cuckoo CMC-HE1054F.

But how convenient it is to cook in it, for example, boiled sausage, is just wonderful and very simple.
Of course, it's difficult to do with one multi-cooker, but if two or three, then a 7-8-course dinner will be ready very quickly.
