Good day. Tell me please. The top almost always fails. When baking, it rises and then falls through. What could be the catch?

I want to share my recipe for yeast-free bread in a bread maker:
1.5 cups of kefir (or sour milk)
500g flour
1h l. salt
1h l. Sahara
1h l. soda
1 st. l. pumpkin seeds (optional)
We turn on the kneading on the first program by default (5 min.), Turn off and immediately turn on program 12 (baking for 1 hour). At the end, the bread is ready. Bon Appetit!:-)

Ladies and gentlemen.
I'm sorry, but I have a problem. They gave me this bread maker the other day. But there was one defect. After kneading and a little warming up to rise the dough, the kneading program started again. I had to bake in the oven. How can this problem be solved?

This is called deboning. The dough should fit several times, then it is kind of crushed so that excess air comes out. After kneading again, roasting, then baking. On different baking programs, the number of strokes is different, somewhere 1, and somewhere 2. I don't remember exactly. Let the stove do it all.
Good luck!
