Kefir cupcake with jam

Ingredients

kefir of any fat content 1 glass
selected eggs 3 pieces
sugar 1 glass
salt pinch
premium wheat flour 2 glasses
baking powder 2 teaspoons
jam (preferably sour fruit) taste
glass 250 ml
Silicone molds d = 25-26 cm

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs and sugar a little.
  • Pour in kefir.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to kefir mixture.
  • Stir well.
  • The dough is like thick sour cream.
  • Grease the mold with oil.
  • Put a little dough on the bottom, spread the jam on top and mix with a stick.
  • Kefir cupcake with jam
  • Put the dough on the jam, add more jam, mix in the same way.
  • Distribute the remaining dough, jam and mix well into the dough.
  • Kefir cupcake with jam
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 60-70 minutes.
  • Willingness to test with a stick.
  • Remove carefully from the mold and cool completely.

Note

I have plum sour jam, it worked just right

The form in the recipe indicated a silicone one, in a regular jam it stuck in one place and upon reaching the top spoiled.
