Walnut cookies

Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 150 g
Rye flour 30 g
Brown fine sugar 130 g
Egg whites 4 things.
Ground walnuts 200 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the whites with sugar (as on meringue), carefully add the nuts and flour, mix gently. Spread out with a teaspoon on parchment paper in balls. I baked for 20 minutes at 170 degrees (in a preheated oven), the cookies were generally ready, but I decided to dry them for another 150 minutes for 10-15 minutes, it became lighter and crisper.

Note

Here's a recipe for a delicious nut cookie. The recipe arose as a result of an impromptu imitation of the Bulgarian nut biscuits "walnut". I searched the Internet, I didn't find the recipe, I had to reinvent the wheel. It was not possible to achieve an external resemblance (this is generally not necessary), but the taste is similar, although it is all the same different.
