I have a Delongy 755, it kneads perfectly, but I don't really like the oven in it. White and sweet bread turns out fine, this is probably where all the delights of baking end.

I have 755 for over a year now. Great oven! But the bucket had to be changed - the coating began to wear off. But this, they say, is Delongy's problem in principle, and not a specific model

Currently, I have been using Delongy 755 for 2 years - the bucket is like new, I do not mix the nuts into the dough. And I've been baking 350 in Kenwood for a year now.
Kenwood bakes better.
Delongue deboned 1 kg. dough slightly precipitates, so it is better to bake bread 500-700 grams in it.
Both knead well, but their kneading process is different.
