Melanyushka, congratulations !!! It's a good thing, I've been using it for many years, the whole family is happy.
kirch
Melanyushka, where did you buy it? I'm looking for a more powerful sandwich maker. I can't find it. True, I want just one sandwich maker
Melanyushka
Girls, thanks for the congratulations, while I am very happy and practically use it every day.
kirch, I bought it here: 🔗, but with this power Severin is only 3in1. The order was accepted quickly, by e-mail they informed literally about every step - they sent a receipt for payment, said that payment had been received, they said when the shipment would be, then a message about the shipment indicating the TC and the invoice number, the following message that the parcel was on the way and an approximate delivery date to our city. Delivery by a transport company, everything is well packed and quickly issued, I took it by myself. Luda, you need to look at the German sites, as 14anna08 advises, there you can find only a sandwich with good power, in the early messages above, look Anya gave links to a German site.

It is the most 4 in 1 So I decided that I would be better square fry rectangular pancakes and triangular pancakes, but I won't take another device into the house
Caprice, you are probably right, in principle, all our devices somehow duplicate each other, only the shape of the final product is different, but here I caught the device addiction virus on the site ... I will alternate my devices in use in the kitchen, the variety is also interesting: where some triangular pancakes, somewhere round, or rectangular pies with stripes ...
14anna08
girls, this store has moved to the Russian site - they gradually promise to Russify everything, now there are already a little - I give the link again - there are already prices without 19 percent VAT, as we are not an EU country the only thing that is more profitable is to cooperate with someone or take several goods. if I help - yesterday they just made an order with a girl who has never ordered from abroad in her life.
here is a sample, pay attention to Unold - it has a capacity of 1000 and THERE IS A TEMPERATURE REGULATION similar to Philips, of course Phillips is a powerful concern, but today I have not seen more options with regulation.
🔗

but 1000 watts, 3 in 1
🔗

here are 4 boutiques at once but without adjustment, the power is 1400 but I don’t know this for 4 at once
🔗

if someone just needs 930 watts of waffles, I don’t know, maybe it’s better to eat
🔗

there is another 850 and it seems to me that there is an overpayment for the brand, but in the 2nd link on Amazon you can see the pictures
🔗
🔗

I like the store because of the warranty and insurance against loss in the mail.
kirch
The first link doesn't work for me. The rest looked and was confused. I'm afraid to buy. And most importantly
it is payment. Where and how?
14anna08
I gave a link differently,
payment is so simple - that in general, no problem ...
Euroset there is a "corn" card (a very profitable card - it pays at the rate of the central bank, as far as I know it has the lowest rate) put rubles on it! on the savings bank even more expensive it turns out a little. and I would not shine the main card just in case. in general, I think who needs it, I will help with pleasure only write in a personal, so that the topic does not clog ...

But on rectangular plates, what can you bake for example? Found on Ozone Clathronic - 3 in 1 and look closely at her.

Omelettes, puff pastry, pancake dough, everything from pita bread with a filling inside, sooo many things you can, hamburger patties, chicken legs, chicken fillet, fish.
Toaster, sandwich maker this is a grill plate made
Lagri
Great! And I thought that the distance between the plates was about 1 cm and I thought that it could be placed there ... Well, I never thought that a leg could fit there.

it fits in mine, of course it flattens a little, but ok. True, I haven't made chicken legs there for a hundred years, before very often I baked potatoes and chicken, but I did almost everything first, and then I played enough, we only do our favorite things.
Lagri
We have a sandwich maker in use, every day, she has no price. So I think, after all, if you fry cutlets or chicken legs, etc., then there will not be such splashes as in a frying pan ... and it probably cooks faster?

Well, of course, there is no splash, and the plates are quite easy to wash.
Lagri
Then I buy, it suits me!

And an omelet with all sorts of additives? Layer like biscuits and chocolate paste. Mini cottage cheese casseroles. Fried cheese in breadcrumbs. Oh, you need to think of something. Only rectangular pies of the Ossetian type will be. Quesadillas with various fillings. Spanish tortilla-type potatoes.

Yes, you can do anything. Only lazy. I have gas and electricity costs a lot. It also goes to air conditioning the premises. Therefore, I use all sorts of electrical devices to a minimum, only if I can't do without them. And on gas it is more convenient and faster for me to perverted, and then put the dishes into the dishwasher, and not wipe it off with my hands

Girls, hello! I also have such a device, only I still used it somehow sluggishly, buters a couple of times and that's it. I came across this topic and, after reading, yesterday muddied puff pastry pies with minced chicken. We all liked it very much Tell me, pliz, who knows, and how much time to fry the cutlets or chicken fillet?

It is necessary to watch it when it is ready. The power of the devices is different.
LyuLyoka
It's kind of scary, it's a pity to spoil the products And my power is 750W.

I'm still picking my sandwich maker. I follow the links given by Anya.So I think if I buy it in a foreign store, because the instruction is not in Russian. Melanyushka, please write the dimensions of your sandwich maker. M. b. me to buy one.
14anna08
I downloaded the instruction from the manufacturer's website and translated it by a translator. what interested me in recipes. and she just translated the safety precautions and did not read them. Perhaps in the internet I could just download it, I was not looking.
Melanyushka
The sandwich maker is quite compact, as probably all of them, the dimensions in the closed form are 22x23 if you count together with the handle, and inside, the plates themselves are removable - 21x12. Now we are using mostly triangular inserts, we have played enough with grill inserts - pampering is, it's faster and easier to just bake the same fish or chicken file in the oven or MV, SV, AG. The puff pastry pies in the grill insert were also not particularly impressed - the dough would still need to be straightened a little to be layered, but here there is not enough space and they turned out to be very flat, hamburger patties are normal, they should probably be flat, although patties we also like more plump ones, maybe just used to it. In general, everything is like all normal people - in everyday use, the insert - triangle sandwiches turned out to be the most popular. Everything bakes very quickly and bakes beautifully. We use it every day, but I still don't understand the waffle iron, we need to choose a recipe for ourselves so that everyone likes it, but in general the waffles are baked very well too.
Svetta
Thank you, girls, for the constant reminder of this device, otherwise I completely abandoned it and scolded him.
But the other day I decided to bake pancakes and remembered about the shaitan machine! Pancakes I liked it very much, didn’t notice it! But they turned out to be completely low-fat, not like in a frying pan.
Toaster, sandwich maker
Melanyushka
Sveta, excellent pancakes!
kirch
Melanyushka, thanks for your answer. So that's right, I want one sandwich maker. I will continue to search.

I read somewhere that they bake sausages in dough in a sandwich maker, I want to bake too. Here is interesting: in yeast or unleavened with baking powder? Who baked these pies? Share your experience ...

Great! And the yeast dough will be baked, I wonder? You can boil a sausage, but I don't know if the dough will be baked ... and in how many minutes ... I'll have to experiment myself. After all, somewhere I read about sausages in dough cooked in a sandwich maker, but I don't remember.

Well, if the pies are baked and the sausage is baked, we bake the pies in the sandwich maker.
Melanyushka
Both the sausage and the dough will be baked without fail, they made such pies, though in puff pastry - everything works out great, and it bakes perfectly with raw minced meat, the pies are juicy.
Caprice, what good pancakes turned out! After all, you can roll them up with filling? Are they not very thin, like the girls in the pancake maker, or are they thinner?

Yes, with minced meat, with sausage I did it in puff and yeast dough and just in thin pita bread, pita bread in two layers on each side. And I baked pies with cherries, everything is baked perfectly.
Lagri
Well ... then let's start experimenting with yeast dough!

Everything is baked normally. These are thick pancakes.

No, you can't fold them. Pancakes are thick. They're yeast ...

I've been thinking about baking rectangular biscuits. Like a quick cake

I rolled it up and smeared it with condensed milk, baked biscuit dough on grilled plates. Or dough as for pancakes, delicious rolls are obtained, the children eat with pleasure.
It's also delicious with a salty filling.

These are not grill plates. This is for pancakes / omelettes, etc. And grill plates - probably pancakes baked in them can be rolled up, there is also a corrugated surface. But I didn't set out to fold anything anywhere. Mine already like to eat with sour cream or maple syrup.

We have no such

So I baked yeast dough patties:
Toaster, sandwich makerWe liked it sooo much, even better than with puff pastry (not so oily, greasy, but just that ...). 🔗 I took the dough recipe here... She rolled out the dough thinly, the pies were baked perfectly. Any filling can be used, it does not leak. Baked for 8-10 minutes.

I read the Temko and now it is straight. Straight as horror as the sandwich maker wanted. I climbed on an Internet, but we only have 750 and 1000 at all. Girls, do you think there will be enough power to bake all sorts of such pies or can wait at 1000 where will the thread appear? A. what do you think?
Kasanko
I have a capacity of 750 clathronic 3 in 1. everything is perfectly fried and baked
there is another problem: everything flows under the plate, the fumes are terrible. especially when I bake from puff pastry. today I baked "khachapuri" with cheese, so everything was in the cheese, because the dough didn't stick together in some places and there were holes, apparently for a long time I wiped both the device and the table

I have Moulinex Ultracompakt 700 watts, everything is fried perfectly. I made the last pies of yeast dough, I was afraid that they would not bake - everything was baked perfectly. I try not to bake too much oily. Baked puff pastry with raw minced meat, everything turned out great too!

Lagri, Kasanko girls, thank you for your answers.

Kasanko (sorry, I don't know your name) Why is it leaking under the plate? I now have a choice. There is the same clathronic (3 in 1) and there is severin. Severin is also 3 in1 and even cheaper than clathronic.
Kasanko
Quote: Esfir

Why is it leaking under the plate?
because someone is too greedy and sloppy I cut out too large a piece of dough and put a lot of filling. and puff pastry itself is fatty and oil flows out of it when baking

I have a Severin 2966, 3in1 and a power of 1000W, everything bakes well, the plates are replaceable, so everything can be easily washed in case of any unforeseen "leaks". But even with less power, the girls bake everything perfectly, well, maybe it will turn out for a couple of minutes longer.
