Ingredients

sugar 1-2 tsp
cinnamon pinch
apples 2-3 pcs.
yolk 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Defrost the dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape. Cut thin strips from the sides, put apples in the middle of the dough on uncut places, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  • Fold strips opposite to each other. I also made a salting from the remnants of the dough and put it in the middle on the seam.
  • Puff pastry Herringbone with apples
  • Brush with lightly beaten yolk
  • Bake in accordance with the test instructions.
  • Sprinkle the finished puff with icing sugar.
