Ingredients

Sugar 20 g
Yeast 1.8 tsp
Vegetable oil Apricot 2 tbsp. l.
Egg +
curd whey +
sour cream +
water

= 330 ml
Filling
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Light raisins 1/2 cup
Candied citrus fruits (replace with zest) 1/4 cup
Pine nuts handful
Vanilla granulated sugar 1/4 cup
Finely crush the nuts, mix with the rest of the products

Cooking method

  • I make the dough in a bread machine in the Dough mode.
  • Sinking on the table. I form a thin layer of dough, lay out the filling, wrap it in a roll and on a baking sheet, cut on one side, turn the pieces to the side.
  • Proof for 45-60 minutes in the oven at 30 * C, baking at 180 * C for 20-30 minutes until tender. Brush with beaten egg before baking.

The butter can be replaced with any neutral soft butter, since the dough is rich. Olive will do, you can put 1 tbsp. l. butter and 20 grams of butter.

I sprinkled the cooled roll with powdered sugar on top.
