  • 1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar and 1 egg, add raisins

  • 2. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and put in a fireproof dish, previously greased with a little drain. oil.

  • 3. Combine the cream with the second egg and the second packet of vanilla sugar. Pour the canneloni with this sauce so that the sauce completely covers them, whoever wishes can sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • 4. Cover the form with foil and put in a heated AG t 180C for 40-45 minutes. Who wants a crisp, remove the foil after 30 minutes.
