I love this pie so much! So simple, one might say proletarian, but tasteful!

I just bake it in the oven ... I don't have an airfryer!

I even have a name - "Lazy fisherman" (and with cabbage - "Lazy cabbage").

Vikus, sayrochka, how I love her
We must do it.
And I love the soup from her

Victoria turned out to be a very interesting pie. Tomorrow I'll try to bake it in a cartoon, I think it should work out.

Natasha, of course, will succeed, even very successful.
Here I was baking, though a little differently https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=144143.0

And when was it starch?
Luysia
Mix starch with flour and sift.

Thanks for the quick response. I did everything according to the recipe. Only added a little more flour to the dough. It turned out quite liquid. I put it in the oven. Probably I have a larger diameter mold, just barely enough dough. Let's see what happens. My husband loves these pies, so he'll be taking a sample.

Vika, thanks for the recipe!
Very successfully attached half a portion of potatoes, leftovers of homemade mayonnaise and herring. Hell in the AG. It turned out great. The pets are full and happy.
According to a similar recipe, it was repeatedly baked in the oven, but it was not baked in the airfryer. Therefore, today's luck is so good. I assume that 3 spoons of starch in the dough played a role.
Thanks again!

Lenus, glad the pie was a success!
Apparently, starch gives the result, takes away excess moisture and as a result a baked cake!

I often do it with pink salmon, but it seems to me that any will do, maybe a sprat?

This cake is delicious not only with fish! I baked it with mushrooms and minced meat. Simple and delicious! Thanks again for the recipe, Vika.

Something didn't work out very well this time
Dough without holes in general, some kind of dull, wet. Didn't rise at all.
Earlier I did not add starch, now I decided to do it as you advise.
I always do everything by eye, so it's hard to understand what is wrong and what happened last time)))
Now I have put kefir, mayonnaise, and sour cream in the dough.
Pink salmon filling, fried onions, dill, boiled eggs.

Lena, you shouldn't have ignored the starch.
The starch takes away excess moisture, the dough will not be wet.
Thank you for your feedback.

This time I put it down, but not the last time. This is the sadness (((
