Now we break the eggs into the mixer cup, start beating them and pour in the oil in a thin stream like a thread - in fact, we beat Hollandaise sauce in brown oil.All brown particles should go into the sauce. Without stopping the mixer, now pour in milk with sugar, too, in a thin stream, it should be warm, above room temperature.
