I became the owner of the Montiss ice cream maker a month ago and is very, very disappointed with what it turns out.
Any yoghurt and, in general, berry components freeze badly, then you have to freeze for 6 hours in the freezer, while ice pieces still appear, for the sake of getting rid of which the ice cream maker was bought. And in general, it turns out such a hard-solid piece, from which even a spoon cannot break off a piece, only cut it with a knife. (I tried the version of berries + yogurt + sugar, strawberries + 33% cream + condensed milk).
Ice cream without berry fillers - made from cream or milk with added sugar, starch and milk powder - completely freeze 20 minutes before the consistency of soft ice cream. And in the freezer it behaves decently, without turning into stone. But I don't like the taste.
In general, the purpose of the purchase was quite clear - to learn how to make lung ice cream, to taste no worse than the store.
It's very sad, but I don't understand how to achieve this.
