Thanks to everyone who takes part in the discussion of my question! : flowers: I'm really very interested!
in the technical specification for x / p Panasonic SD-257; 256 indicated power consumption 503-550W is it per hour? means if the program is the main mode for 4 hours, then 550x4 = 2200 so?
Rina
lenucha, four posts earlier gave a link just on the topic of energy consumption when baking bread. Six pages in total.
550 W is the peak maximum load with the heating element turned on directly when baking bread. That is, 550 would be spent if the ten was heated continuously for an hour.
Admin
It seems to me that it is also necessary to take into account the phases of operation x \ n, in the kneading mode there is no such strong heating, which means that the consumption will probably be lower than in baking, where the heating reaches 190 * inside x \ n.

In general, a whole topic is devoted to this issue on the forum, use the search, or other users will prompt you for a link

I'm not Rina, but this means that post # 512 contains a direct link to the topic where the question you raised is discussed. I will repeat again:Consumed electricity

You can congratulate Rina in the topic Happy Birthday!

Share the technology and recipes for baking cupcakes in the Panasonic SD-257. It's just that in the topic "Cupcakes in a bread maker" everything is scattered, but I'm interested in this particular model of a bread machine.

Good day everyone!
3 days ago I bought it in the HP store. I baked first French bread according to the recipe from the instructions, for some reason I got it 6 cm below the edge of the bucket ... but the taste was special, maybe because I missed milk powder from the recipe)) - I don't notice ... hurry up ... take a look what a half-face the first time))
The second bread that day was, as I thought, rye bread, but as it turned out, the bread was French ... but with the addition of 50g of rye flour)) and plus from myself immediately added 1.5 tbsp of cinnamon. l. .... STE everything would be fine. but of course the spoon for kneading was rye)). At 5 o'clock in the morning I woke up from the noise of the kneading)) and later I could not fall asleep because he kneaded it as it seemed to me for a very long time)) By the way, I got bread from already 3 cm below the edge of the bucket)) and delicious ... not having time to take a picture))), but 1 managed to take a couple of photos, because he is the first! but now I am writing with sautega, so as soon as I will lay out my first pancake ... that is, bread))

Now in search of ingredients according to the recipe from Elena Bo, I want something extraordinary))

ps: I reread this thread ALL! I learned a lot from it, in terms of technical issues, aka bookmarks, search, etc. Unfortunately, there are not so many recipes in the branch of recipes ...
I wonder if somebody made an e-book for himself with all the recipes ... to open the .doc document and find what you need ??? If anyone has done this, could you post it ... I would be very grateful ... but if not ... then, as they say, there is no court ... Boo do everything myself. as always...
Alena78
Take any recipe for a cupcake, knead it by hand or with a mixer, then line the oven with baking paper (I also read that they use a sleeve for baking).
Set the baking for 40 minutes.
Try it with a stick, if it's not baked, put the baking again ... You can put it 3 times according to the instructions.

There are no special cupcake recipes for this particular oven.
Better to bake muffins in tins in the oven.
But try it in the stove too.

ZalmaN , recipes for bread and muffins, as a rule, you can use any on the forum, baking does not depend on the model of the bread machine. As always, you just need to adapt to the dough and baked goods in your c / n - this is a matter of experience

Girls, help urgently! What to do?
An hour and a half ago I finished baking in the "Rye bread" program, 3 hours 30 minutes. She pulled out bread, a bucket, washed everything, and wiped it off with a dry towel. I decided to put a second loaf, also rye, for my son. I put all the components in a bucket, turned on the HP. BUT! Doesn't switch from Basic to Rye, and anywhere else !! No buttons respond: neither Program, nor Mode, nor Crust, nor Size.
Display shows Main, BAKE, 4:00, Rest. That is, I understand that baking starts in Basic mode.
Now I have turned off HP. Does anyone know what the problem is? Help, I beg you !!
Rina
Mi-lena,
The situation seems to be standard. You have not figured out how to start programs correctly.

Main feature: the "start / stop" button starts the program, and does not turn on the stove!
The stove is switched on with a blank screen and is ready for use
Press the buttons as you read, from left to right!
* with a blank screen (or zeros, if the stove is plugged into an outlet), press the "program" button, choosing the desired one;
* next select "mode";
* press "size";
* then press "crust";
* "timer"
* and only when everything is selected, press start / stop !!!!!

================================
The fact is that the stove when connected to the network, it displays zeros on the screen.
When the program ends and you press "start / stop", the heating button goes out and the screen remains blank. When you interrupt the program by holding down the start / stop button for a long time, the program is canceled, the screen is blank.

Nevertheless, with a blank screen, the stove is turned on and is ready !!!

The next press on "start / stop" starts the default program "basic / size XL / crust medium".

My stove is always plugged in, the screen is always blank.
Mi-Lena
Rina, thank you very much! It's good that you answered me so quickly.
Exactly, I plugged in and pressed Start. Now I understand everything. Everything went !!! THANKS, I figured it out with your help! (Sigh of relief).

Thank you, I will definitely read it. And then I searched and searched the site, but I could not find where such problems are described
Rina
I can proudly say that I solved the launch problem with my HP for about 20 minutes. I hadn’t really opened this forum for myself at that time, therefore I was based on the method of scientific / unscientific / pseudo-scientific poking.
Mi-Lena
Yes, it's still scary to "poke" the most, so I turned to the help of the Forum Craftswomen
But now I will forever remember the order of turning on the programs!

At the expense of flour 450 grams, as stated in the recipe ... It was kneaded, by the way, very quietly, cannot be compared with 2 bread ... the floor of the house woke up at 5.30))
Yeast put the same according to the recipe ... 2.5 measuring spoons, which was provided by Panasonic ...

About the e-book - thanks for the advice! I will definitely write to them ... Do they have a Panasonic 257 stove? ...

Borodinsky baked with dry kvass, there is also malt there. I like it.
SaTORiUS
so ... we continue our diary)) ...

I flew to the Globe ... I bought a set for making homemade kvass))
It says the following .. like it consists of 4 sachets
2 bags of 60 grams each - kvass wort concentrate ... it must be mixed with 150 g of sugar and pour 1 liter of boiled water ...

Can STE what the doctor prescribed?)) ...

2 sachets - dry yeast, 3 g each ...

So ... let's move on ...
Kvass wort ingredients - fermented rye malt, barley malt, rye flour and water .... hmm ... how can there be water in a bag if everything is dry there)))))

I think real bakers will tell me how to use it to make Borodino bread? ...
Or maybe they will give a ready-made recipe for this set ... If everything is half-finished, I will unsubscribe and go and buy such bags for a year)))) so that I do not look for it later ...

I'm waiting for recipes ... wishes ... and instructions ... Don't worry, I'm smart and learn quickly))) ...

why ... so there seems to be my version of a bag of kvass ... only newer ...

And with Borodinsky there will be problems and questions ...
1) Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp l. - there is no such available ... What can be replaced? Proportions?
2) They say it is necessary to level the dough after kneading ... which one and how to level it? ...

lenucha
ALL! ALL! ALL! who is online now ....
I decided to bake rye according to the instructions, but I don't have malt, I replaced it with dry kvass, but I didn't brew it with boiling water, and according to the instructions, I need 330 ml and 80 ml of boiling water for brewing malt, isn't there a lot of water? I have added 330ml so far, do you think I need to add some water?
SaTORiUS
all cancellation of the last 2 questions ...
I already flew for apple cider vinegar ... and at the expense of the test, how to align myself on the forum, I found ... in pictures ...
It turns out that it needs to be leveled with an ordinary spoon after 2 kneading ...
SG
She baked Borodinsky, but she poured 300 ml of water, it still seems a bit too much. Next time I'll try to reduce it even further. I make with malt. It turns out heavy, but beautiful and tasty. The lid is beautifully convex.
SG
And I brew the malt with 80 ml of boiling water.
