I bake in aluminum and ceramic. I wrap everything with paper in several layers, just above the sides of the form, inside is baking paper. I used to put it on silicone mats and put a newspaper between them .. It takes a long time to bake, 3-3.5 hours. I didn't bake in silicone, I won't tell you. I would also wrap the silicone paper on the sides and bottom. And it would be better to take a saucepan. And watch out. If the top is very reddened, close it with foil. Good luck

The filling contains 3 types of raisins, slices of pineapple, some colored candied fruits, cherries, dried apricots and cranberries, orange peel. Soaked in orange juice + rum and cognac in half. The smell is just awesome.
