Ingredients

Dough
sl. butter (softened) 150
egg 1 PC.
baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
sour cream 100g
salt pinch
flour 300g
lemon zest from 0.5 lemon
Filling
swept away 1 glass
egg 1 PC
sugar slightly more than 0.5 cups
lemon juice from 0.5 lemon
corn starch 2st. l.
apples 1 kg

Cooking method

  • Grind flour and butter into crumbs with a knife or fingertips or in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead to a soft elastic dough. Roll into a ball, put in a bag and refrigerate for half an hour.

  • Peel 1 kg of apples, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  • The dough turns out to be soft and not sticky, so put it in a mold with baking paper, spread it with your hands along the bottom, and make sides. (I used a 32cm diameter mold.)

  • Sprinkle apples with a tablespoon of cornstarch before stacking and stir. Place the apples in a dough, smoothed out by hands.

  • Prepare the filling - Beat lightly the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch.

  • Pour cream over, bake at 180 * C for about 40-50 minutes.

Note

I took the basic recipe on cooking, 🔗 ... But I changed it to my taste - I took another shortbread dough and reduced the amount of sugar in the filling and replaced the flour with starch. It seems to me that it turns out more tenderly.

Just yesterday I passed an experiment with baking this cake in a multicooker.
