Ingredients

Flour 700 ml
Kefir 200 ml
Sugar 320 ml
Butter 90 g
Egg 5 pieces.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oranges 2-3 pcs.
Margarine for lubricating the mold.

Cooking method

  • A slightly modified recipe for oven-baked charlotte
  • Beat eggs lightly with a whisk. While whisking, add sugar, melted butter, kefir and baking powder. Introduce flour gradually. Wash, peel, disassemble the oranges, remove the seeds. Cut each slice in half. Lubricate the mold. Pour the dough into a mold and add the oranges.

Time for preparing:

70 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake at 180 degrees
