I did everything according to the recipe, but for some reason the pie fell during cooling.
Honestly, I could not figure out your glasses (there was no faceted glass) and added the number of ingredients on my own.

Bakery flour (makfa) put 200g, sour cream 20% in the dough 150g, and 300g in the filling. Put 1 teaspoon baking powder instead of baking soda.

Baked in an electric oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.
Then he turned off the oven and left it in the oven to cool for 60 minutes.
True, he noticed that even though he turned off the stove, it still drove hot air outside, apparently cooled down, and hot air currents were felt inside.

In general, he got up super and baked perfectly and looked toasty straight to the eye pleased.
After he had been in the oven for 2 hours (an hour was preparing and an hour was cooling down) I took it out and put it on an iron stand to cool.
After 30 minutes, I noticed that he had gone down strongly, that is, he had been pushed inside and became completely ugly.

It looks like you overheated / overexposed it, and the cream must have been fluffed up instead of lightly, that is, you just need to smooth it.
The pie, as it were, should not grow, but simply bake, and then cool naturally so that it does not "float" when cutting.
