Good evening! I see your stove suits me. And what about the coating - is it just Teflon or the manufacturer of the coating is indicated?
TAS
Coating bakeware? Both are similar to Teflon, for me this question was not fundamental, the main thing is that they perform their task perfectly.

Hello everybody! I bought an Electrolux EBM 8000, the instruction is inconvenient and small, I took the electronic version, threw out all the non-Russian words and increased it to a standard sheet. Take here: 🔗

Good day. Two weeks ago I became the happy owner of the Electrolux bread machine! I want to say a huge thank you to all members of the forum for the recipes. Because after seeing the instructions, I was at a loss where to start. Recipes are measured in cups, and how much is not written in grams. I was at a loss. I read not the best reviews on the bread maker. Once on this site, I began to study recipes. The first bread that I baked was Easter cake from Carry 2007, I was very worried and waited for the result ... The cake turned out to be great! The family managed to do it in 5 minutes. Immediately inspired, she baked rye bread from Tamborena. The bread was amazing !!!!! Once again I want to tell you a BIG THANK YOU for the skills you share !!!! Without your recipes, how many spoiled products there would be, and most importantly, not justified expectations. I also want to ask, periodically during kneading, the spatula does not rise, what should I do? (I look at the kneading and raise it manually, but by putting it on the timer, I spoiled the products, since I did not knead the dough). And on which program can you bake curls? Thank you!

Hello, dear members of the forum! We bought Electrolux EBM 800 and never regretted it! We were tormented with a choice for about a month, we climbed the entire Internet (this is our first HP). Maybe our experience will make the path to homemade bread easier for someone For me, for some reason, it was fundamentally the presence of a round shape. As my husband said - "strange" female logic (this is because having used HP for about 2 months, I never used it. There were not many such HPs (they chose from trustworthy brands).
1. Gorenie BM 900 AL - it turns out there is no such thing in Russia, only in Ukraine And the reviews were good (
2. Tefal OW - many complaints about defects and bending of the lid during baking, chemical smell - did not risk it.
3. Moulinex RZ 7101 La Fournee - everything is somehow vague ... Few recipes and reviews ...
4. our HP is the best choice!
Bottom line: the circular shape has not come in handy for me personally yet, so it may not be needed. Once a year you can bake a cake and a square one - pour it over with icing and great!
Now about the HP itself:
1. Modern design (who with what, and women about beauty))
2. I bake for 2 months (mostly wheat and whole flour - I'm trying to achieve my perfect recipe) - and lo and behold !!! Bread turned out ALWAYS! There are no sagging roofs, no loaves, etc. always great !! True, she strictly followed the recipe (and only from the forum, I did not even try from the instructions) and measured the flour with electronic scales. I didn't even sift the flour (because of laziness). The downside is that there are few recipes for this HP, I promise to lay out all the developments. Some kenwood 350 recipes are fine too. And I already got the urge to invent them myself - don't be lazy, read the topics about the basics - you won't regret it, everything will pay off.In general, it bakes great!
3. At the expense of noise. Well, I don't know, this is our first HP, there is nothing to compare with. Not so much noise, much quieter than a washing machine, and only when mixing (well, it will make a little noise). They put it at night. They did not wake up in a cold sweat, the neighbors did not knock on the batteries, the cat did not flinch ... In general, I do not see any drawback in this. At the expense of clicks - there were several times at the distance. But I have had an MV Panasonic for 5 years, then it clicks on some modes and nothing works fine - I think this is such a feature when the heating element is working. No extraneous chemical odors were noticed either the first time or the next.
4. No dispenser needed - that's for sure! - squeaked - added what was needed and that's it. According to reviews, in other HP models, sticky ingredients can clog the dispenser.
5. You can see everything in the window, it fogs up only when the dough is raised. It opens conveniently.
It seems, in short, everything that came to mind. We are satisfied to the screeching of pigs - HP completely satisfied. I hope the quality will justify the Electrolux brand in the future. Your bread cannot be compared with the store one. And thanks to the creators for this site - the most intelligent of all !!!

I have been using Electrolux for 1.5 years. At first, she baked just fine, loaded everything according to her recipe, never even looked in, and did not follow any kolobok ... the bread was always of excellent quality. After half a year, the drive broke down, the structure turned out to be made of plastic, they did not change it to the same one, but made a metal one, now everything is fine .... I was mastering new recipes, before I only dared to ... toss herbs or raisins. After reading the recipes here, I became emboldened. And she didn't even look for the chef Malmstedt after trying the sweet omelet.

I, too, am a "happy" owner of this bread machine. For a year and 1 month everything was amazing: I baked every other day without problems, or even every day very tasty bread. I couldn't get enough of it. As a result, in the process of kneading the dough mixer began to fall off, then the rod itself fell out (I don't know what to call it). The husband said that the inner retaining ring was worn out, as a result - the bucket leaked. For three days in a row I have been trying to contact workshops and service centers () I live in Nizhny Novgorod). All to no avail: either they do not repair the Electrolux at all, or they can replace a bucket on order, which costs from 2500 rubles. and you have to wait for it at least 3 months. On the official website of Electrolux, there is no bread machine as a category at all. I don’t know what to do now. Throw away the stove because of a penny breakdown? And what to buy in return? What did you do?
Samarochka
ЗО-ЗО, I didn't buy a new bucket - it's expensive, and I was disappointed in Electrolux. I use seven-year-old Panasonic, I'm not overjoyed. I am planning to buy the latest Panasonic model.

Samarochka, thanks for the answer. After much torment, they found, though not their own, internal retaining ring for the bucket. Replaced. But when replacing, the oil seal was slightly torn, so the bucket still leaked. The first time I kneaded the dough by hand, only then I put it in a bucket. The dough has obviously "sealed" the cracks and the bucket has stopped leaking. Now, every time I bake, I expect that my HP is about to come to an end. I am thinking about purchasing a new one, I have not decided which one: Panasonic, Moulinex, LD. I proceed from the considerations that there are spare parts for them, albeit expensive ones. Why did you choose Panasonic and does it have any fundamental differences from Electrolux?
Yu
Yeah, Electrolux turned out to be an extremely unreliable bread maker. in 2.5 years of use, it broke 3 times, the last time the retaining ring was screwed up in the bucket as well ... and it seems all
Mariola
Hello!

I specially registered to share my story.

The Electrolux EBM 8000 bread maker makes great bread and delicious rice porridge (rice pudding). I used to bake brioches and whole grain bread. By the way, I came to buy Mulinex, and the seller talked to buy this model. For 12 months of use, it has been repaired 4 times: 1 time I was replaced with a new one, twice repaired, and 4 times I was given a coupon for an exchange. I chose Moulinex OW350100, and now I bake my first bread in it.

I don't know what was wrong with Electrolux, but it broke, according to my observations, in this way: a delay timer for 10-12 hours .. after a couple of such delays, the bread stops mixing well, and the natural brick does not rise at the exit, which can nail down (if desired) the one who sold me this stove.

At the time, when she was returning from repairs, and had not yet broken down, the bread was excellent - very high, airy, perfectly baked. And rice porridge is so generally a delight (how I will now live without it, this is really a loss).

So, we didn't have an affair with this bread maker.
Samarochka
zo-zo, why did I choose Panasonic? I got a five-year-old Panasonic, I have been using it for two years. The coating of the bucket has already peeled off, but everything is fine with the oil seal - for me this is very important! Differences between Panasonic and Electrolux? Identical modes will differ in time, Panasonic cooks bread longer. White bread in Panasonic turned out to be more airy, French, rye and kulich from Electrolux were more pleasant.
Samarochka
Mariola, but what about your impressions of Mulinex?
Mariola
SamarochkaWhen she was in the ranks, she baked great, and the rice porridge was generally flying away! But eternal breakdowns have smeared everything. +

At my own peril and risk, I use my HP with practically no upper part of the oil seal (half crumbled). I found a workshop where they promised me to look at the HP and possibly change the oil seal. I'll have to get there. By the way, in December I contacted the Electrolux website about buying a bucket. The silence is still. There are no buckets in online stores. They said that it was possible to order, but they said somehow uncertainly. The cost of a bucket is 2-3 thousand and wait about 2 months. So I'm mentally preparing for the purchase of Panasonic.
I have one question: has anyone been using HP Electrolux for a single year? Respond ...
Samarochka
Mariola, Electrolux will remain my favorite HP, my hobby for baking and acquaintance with yeast dough began with it. Love is stronger than justice !!!!! Rice porridge and lemon cake are impossible to forget. She baked cakes in a round form, I liked everything! And at the viewing window, the whole family stuck - they watched like a movie !!!!
Samarochka
zo-zo, I also had the opportunity to buy a bucket for 2 thousand, did not dare. I made a choice - Panasonic sd-2502.

I started this topic in 2010. At that time, I was the only member of the forum. For 4 years, the stove has never broken, maybe not used too often, about once a week. But I also had a problem with the oil seal, I wanted to pull the shaft out of the bucket for prevention, and I broke the oil seal. The new bucket is not our method. I found a seller of seals for bread machines on Ebay, mainly for those that are sold in America, we figured out the dimensions of a suitable oil seal with him, and I installed it. It was slightly smaller than the hole, it's not scary, the shaft gradually stuck with graphite grease, it keeps the temperature. Yes, the oil seal cost a few dollars. I did almost everything I wanted in this stove. Only rye bread failed, but the stove has nothing to do with it :) For 4 years I did not take the stove out of the socket, it is always ready. I figured out the modes, devoting a couple of days to this. I started all the modes in a row without a bucket, put the temperature probe inside and recorded the entire cycle. Then I lost these records, but now it doesn't matter anymore. The knife sometimes folds itself during kneading, it very much depends on the dough, or rather, on its quantity and condition. If the flour is more than 400 g, then it does not add up, and if you knead a small bun and the dough has not yet become plastic, then you need to keep track of and correct, I do it with a silicone spatula.I haven't figured out the additional time, although if there is such an opportunity - to increase the proving time on your own, then the stove will be just wonderful, and so, I would say, a completely ordinary stove, of the advantages - the metal body and design. Of the minuses - the second batch in the programs is only 10-12 blade revolutions. As a result, it happens that the dough is mixed around the knife, but not on top. The bread is denser at the bottom than at the top. How to overcome this with the help of the stove, I could not think of. I'm thinking of renaming the machine from "bread maker" to "dough mixer" and use the oven more.

Good day everyone!
I am the owner of this bread machine. I read the reviews and somehow they upset me, almost all the oil seal failed ((I really hope that the bread maker will last a long time.
I'm a newbie here, and so far I can't find recipes for this particular bread machine.
If it's not difficult, discard the link or prompt the section with recipes. You are welcome!!!
