Hello!!!!!!! Help. Maybe someone has such a bread machine ?! I can't find reviews on it on the Internet. And I was interested, because it has the YOGURT program, and the cost is budgetary. Maybe someone will respond! I will be very grateful!!!
Marsh
Good day!

I am also interested in this model, since I have an induction cooker from Kromax.

The impressions of the tiles are twofold:

on the one hand it is done well (I will not say that it is excellent, but for its price both plastic and the assembly itself are at "4"), it works for 2 years, nothing broke,

on the other hand: the electronics plugs in - it began to heat according to some one, only known to her principle, if, for example, you bake pancakes, then at the beginning of baking you can spend, say, 2 minutes on a pancake, and by the end of the test it will already be 4 minutes at the same temperature. Once every few months, it may just give out a glitch in the form of some kind of error, but off / on always helps. Another drawback is that it beeps with every action: add / decrease the temperature or time (and this is sometimes done ten times per cooking), set the timer and any other. It is impossible to turn off the buzzer, but she is rather fed up with it.

If everything is not so scary with the stove - I increased the temperature, and that's all, then in the case of a bread maker, such tricks are completely undesirable ... In this regard, I would like at least some feedback on this model.

There are three reviews for Ozone. ru, but two of them are completely uninformative.

Hey. So how did you buy this bread maker? I am very interested in your opinion, since I also look closely at her

Unfortunately, I can’t help you, because I didn’t dare to buy.

I have experience using Panasonic 2501 and Moulinex Uno, I don't seem to remember exactly the model, red and white.

So, with Panasonic, there have never been any problems, if only for their own shortcomings: poured flour, poured liquids, etc.

In Moulinex, something always did not rise, did not bother, some dances with a tambourine were constant. The accuracy of the recipe had to be perfect.

Well, and there are no reviews about Endever.

Therefore, I thought, decided not to save on my nerves))) and bought a Panasonic 2500 (since it is a little cheaper than 2501), a rye mixer and programs, as it turned out, were useless. Everything gets in the way with an ordinary spatula, but is baked on a program for one-grain bread, well, or on other available ones, here on the forum, there is enough information.
mom Yulka
Thank you very much for the answer, I am also afraid of a "pig in a poke", but I cannot master Panasonic, I will try to find something similar, but cheaper
Tatiana S.
And I still ordered today a "pig in a poke" HP Endever with 19 programs. They promised to bring it on March 11.I just wanted to buy something like that instead of the broken Rolsen. Now I read it on the site and, it seems, I made the right decision. Like Rolsen, it has a pause function (I really liked that). And among the progs there is "Sourdough Bread" - this is something new, I have not seen anything like this anywhere. Oh, I'm already on pins and needles. I want to see this miracle sooner. How to get it - the report is mine

Well, the "kitten in a bag" has arrived. The box is very pretty Bread maker Endever (Kromax) SkyLine BM-50, everything is packed cool. Warranty 18 months, we have a service center in Tula. This is already pleasing, but still very happy that the bucket from my broken Rolsen is also suitable for Endever, and I only bought a new bucket in December, so there is a supply.
And here is the "kitten"

And this is "cat acceptance"
Bread maker Endever (Kromax) SkyLine BM-50.
And this instruction and an advertising booklet-booklet was attached to the CP itself.
Bread maker Endever (Kromax) SkyLine BM-50
I have already delivered the bread, the second ascent has started. The display shows all stages of the process. I was very interested in the Sourdough Bread program, but I was confused by the recipe proposed in the instructions:
by weight 900gr: water - 320ml, oil - 3 tbsp. l., salt - 1/2 tsp., milk powder - 4 tbsp. l., flour - 500 g, yeast - 1 and 1/4 tsp. And what about mulberry sourdough?
In the morning I renewed the sourdough, or rather overfed, took 1 tbsp. l. rye and fed wheat grade 1 (150-water and 150-flour). The leaven has risen well, so the good will not be wasted, so I spat on these book recipes and spit mine on the "French" program - 3 hours 19 minutes, and on the "Sourdough bread" program the duration was 6 hours. with some more minutes. Nope, I haven't risked it yet. So we are waiting, sir, I'll show you what happens.

Well, that's what happened. Something tore off the roof on one side. In fact, I added 4 grams of pressed yeast for safety reasons, I was afraid that it would not work with one starter in automatic mode. Delicious turned out. It is baked perfectly, the crust is crispy, and the inside is softest.
In the oven, it turns out, you can still fry nuts and make yogurt, there are such modes. We will study further
Tatiana S.
Experiments continue. Tried the Sourdough Bread mode. By the way, I described the wrong recipe above, it was "Frenchman". I did everything according to the instructions for 900 grams:
240 ml water
2 tbsp. l. grows up. oils
4 tbsp. l. powdered milk (I have vegetable cream)
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tsp salt
400 gr flour
1/3 tsp yeast (took 4 grams of pressed)
Time - 6 hours 49 minutes. No temperature equalization, the batch started immediately. The gingerbread man was perfect. I did not visually track all the stages, because I put it late at night, and in the morning this is what I received: Bread maker Endever (Kromax) SkyLine BM-50
As you can see, the roof collapsed and the bread was clearly going to get out of the bucket. Considering that the kolobok was normal, it remains to assume that 4 grams of pressed yeast was a lot. I want to try it without yeast, only with sourdough. Well, I'm very interested, the field of activity is vast.
I liked very much that both the top and the sides were evenly browned (the window was not covered with anything). Falling in love more and more with the new bakery
Tatiana S.
Today I tried to make bread with sourdough bread only with leaven and without butter (after all, the first week of Great Lent). She did it in the following proportions:

105 g water
300 g of starter culture 100% (from 1st grade flour)
300 g of premium wheat flour
3/4 Art. l. Sahara
1 tsp salt
Weight - 750 g, crust - medium
Mode - No. 3 - "Sourdough bread", time - 6 hours 44 minutes.

The first batch lasts 10 minutes. The liquid turned out to be not enough, I added somewhere 40-50 ml, with a spatula I helped to remove flour from the corners. The gingerbread man did not track it properly, because when she arrived, she went to the store, the 2nd batch had already ended, and during the proofing she did not open the lid any more. She did not wait for the end of the first proofing, and went to the evening service in the temple. When I returned, it was already the last proofing, there were 2 hours left until the end. 04 minutes, and the dough has already risen almost to the very top. I was afraid that I would stop and turn off the program. Included number 14 - "Baking". The baking time is set from 10 minutes. Asked 1 hour. 05 minutes
It was baked, baked, however, it was pale (not enough sugar), and it was necessary to add more liquid.

Next time I will put 200 g of sourdough culture and adjust the amount of water and flour, but now no dancing with tambourines when baking sourdough bread
I am very pleased that I bought this particular stove, while everything suits me.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Previous Rollsen 1160 honestly plowed me for 5 years, and I also have Mystery 1204 and there was also Alaska. Of all of them, she loved Rolsen the most, and when she broke down, she looked for a similar one instead. So Endever fully satisfied my needs. It is slightly more powerful than Rollsen, and it also has a pause function, which I often use in Rollsen when baking sourdough bread. But Endever has a "Sourdough Bread" program, in which I am now working out the bread recipe so that it will be baked purely in automatic mode. Of course, I am not even going to use all 19 Endever programs, I haven’t used them in other HP either, but those that I have already used suit for 100. I can’t say anything about Redmond, but between Rolsen and Endever - now definitely Endever

Tatiana, please share your impressions! You're doing so well! I will soon buy the same stove, model 51. I have questions at the office. site description is incorrect.
- Is there a function to select the crust color?
- What is meant by the "dough" function? Will you cook non-yeast dough? I am very interested in dumplings dough.
- Does it have a crispy crust of bread? I love crispy ...))
- Is it possible to bake rye bread in it? Have you tried it?
- And where to look at the recipe for your "branded" pumpkin bread? Very intrigued)
Thank you in advance!
Tatiana S.
Good evening, Julia! With great pleasure I will share my impressions, otherwise I am sitting in this Temko in splendid isolation, even insulting. A stove like this is wonderful and nobody buys more.
I will immediately answer your questions:
- There is a choice of crust color, like all HPs.
- Dough, program number 11, it means just dough for dumplings, just knead for 23 minutes.
- Yeast dough, pr. No. 12. Kneading, lifting, kneading and more lifting.
- A very good crust is obtained, even, crispy even with a medium crust
- I've already baked rye in the "Sourdough dough" mode, pr. No. 3. It turned out, but by the end the roof became flat, I think we need to put smaller sourdoughs next time or try on another prog. Oh, and I love all sorts of experiments.
Well, of course, I will gladly share my "Pumpkin".I have not put this recipe on public display, but I am sharing it with everyone who wants to:

Ingredients:
Water 75 ml
Pressed yeast 15 gr
Vegetable oil 50 gr
Pumpkin (stewed) 180 gr
Cognac (you can both vodka and moonshine) 1 tbsp. the spoon
Wheat flour 450 gr
Sugar 5-6 tbsp spoons
Vanilla to taste
Salt 3/4 tsp
Raisins, candied fruits (optional) 60-100 gr

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour sugar, vanilla into pumpkin puree, pour in butter, brandy, add salt, stir everything, pour into a bucket, pour yeast diluted in water into the same place, add sifted flour. Add raisins on signal.
Program - Sweet bread, no. 2
Weight - 700 gr (default)
Crust - medium (also default)
Time with these parameters is 2 hours 59 minutes.

Yeast can even be 13 grams, otherwise the last time I kissed a little piece of bread and the top turned out to be a little crumpled.
The bread, though lean, tastes like Easter cake. And in color, if the pumpkin is bright, like with saffron. I peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, a little bit of water on the bottom of the saucepan, and cook it in the microwave. And then I knead it with a wooden spoon, put it in containers and store it in the freezer.
I wish you a successful purchase, we will share our impressions and experiences

Some of the members of the forum met such a saying: you can't spoil a good figure, but you don't mind a bad one
This is a joke, of course, but you just need to know the measure in everything. Someone does not eat sweet and starchy foods, but they also get fat on meat. But we began to eat much less purchased confectionery.
Now I have put down my Pumpkin again. Yesterday I took out a glass of pumpkin puree from the freezer, it turned out to be only 117 grams, and in the fridge I have a pumpkin scrolled with lemon and sugar (a means to lower cholesterol). I added up to 180 grams of this "medicine". The raisins are over, but there are candied fruits. With such changes it has already been kneaded and is on the rise. I have already tested the program "Sweet bread" (No. 2):
For a weight of 700 g and a medium crust - time = 2 hours 59 minutes. (this is the default):
1st batch - 6 min.
Rest - 1 min.
2nd batch - 15 min. (5 minutes before the end - signal for additions)
1st ascent - 50 min. wrinkle
The 2nd lift skips and immediately goes to
3rd rise - 38 min.
Baking - 50 min.
When I baked on this program for the first time, I thought 38 minutes would not be enough. before baking, and the handles itched, add the proving time with a pause. I decided to finish it all the same on the machine and did the right thing - everything is OK

Tatiana S, Hello. After reading all your reviews and recommendations on bread makers, I even had to register to ask questions. I still don’t choose which one to take, this is the first bread baker, I don’t want an expensive one, suddenly the interest will disappear, but I don’t want to buy a cheap one, just throw away the money and not get good bread. And the question is, I read the entire Rolsen thread, you spoke very well about it, I thought about taking it, but now this bread maker is very attractive from your words. They are about the same in price, why didn't you repeat Rolsen? And Endever is a little-known company, at least for me, what is the warranty period for this bread maker?
Tatiana S.
Good day, Irina! I didn’t change my mind about Rolsen, I was very pleased with it, and bought another because I like to experiment. I don't have enough money for an expensive stove, but I really wanted to have such a gadget. By the way, at first I wanted to buy another Rollsen model, 1309. But it had some small defect, so I had to take 1160, which I did not regret later, it is more compact.Just as you thought, if you get bored, you will not be sorry for the money spent, but I like this business so much that then one stove seemed not enough. And there went a multicooker, an ice cream maker, a marinator, a ham maker (the only thing that is idle), a shashlik maker, a waffle iron.
What I like about Endever: compact (slightly larger than Rollsen), power is also a little more, warranty period is 18 months. (at Rolsen - 12), the interchangeability of the bucket with Rolsen (they were on sale for 500 rubles) The crust is very evenly browned, even on top. At Rolsen's, I slightly unscrewed the screw securing the temperature sensor, and sometimes covered the window with foil. Good programs. There are, of course, superfluous ones that I am not even going to use, but this is present in all bread makers. But I have not yet met the "Sourdough Bread" program, and it turned out to be very useful to me. I made friends with the sourdoughs, but I rarely baked, because there was too much trouble to follow the rise of the dough (from 3 to 5 hours). So dance around, as the girls of the forum call this process - a dance with tambourines. Now, having selected the amount of starter culture, I do everything in automatic mode. Well, that's how I could, I described this device.
I looked on the website of the Techport online store, where I ordered my HP, other equipment from Kromax (Sweden). Something I sunk into the multicooker Endever Oh, this is already a disease, device addiction is called

So, today I baked bread with onion sourdough. I haven't baked on it for a long time, and it disappeared from me. Again, I quickly raised her, but not like the author, but with my own changes. Although the leaven is young, it turned out to be quite strong. She did not activate it, but took it out of the refrigerator, put 280 g aside, and fed the remaining particle with 100x100 g of premium flour and water, allowed it to double and put it in the refrigerator. And here is the recipe I have today:
20 g - sunflower oil,
160 gr - potato broth,
3 tbsp. l. - granulated sugar,
280 g - cold, non-activated onion sourdough,
360 gr - premium flour,
1 tsp - salt
Program No. 3 - Sourdough bread
Weight - 700 gr
Crust - medium
Time - 6:44
When mixing, I added a little broth to the classic kolobok and no more body movements. And here's the result:

As I know this I, too - an owl At night - a holy cause, no one bothers.
As for yeast: I bake on pressed ones. I also tried fast ones, but I'm more used to living ones, especially in our Tula region. they are produced. Girls bake on fast ones, someone recognizes only leavens, since there are many publications about the dangers of yeast, especially instant yeast. But I don't bother with these horror stories, I just like the living ones more, my mother and grandmother have baked them all my life, so I got used to them since childhood.I bake with sourdough, but I'm not going to give up the yeast. When I take recipes from the forum, then I recount the yeast in this way: 1 tsp. fast = 7gr pressed.

Tatiana S., and where is this screw? So I understand that it is in all stoves. I have Scarlet and the top is quite pale, although the sides and bottom are fried. In our city on AVITO I saw a message about the sale for 3000 thousand stoves discussed in this thread. I googled about her and got into this topic.
Tatiana S.

Mila56, yes this screw is in all HP. It is located on the inner surface of the HP, above the heating element, on the side from which it comes out. But you need to unscrew it very carefully, right on the floor of the turnover, otherwise, if you overdo it, the sensor will completely fall off. And she covered the window with foil from the chocolate and pressed it with a kitchen mitten so that it would not slip. And at the endeavor, the window is somehow in the deepening and the lid, apparently, fits more tightly, therefore everything is evenly browned.
Quote: Julia Pechora
Tatyana, what else have you baked during this time?
Yulechka, baked wheat-rye bread in tomato brine according to the recipe ksuhabut with minor changes. Instead of 10 grams of pressed yeast, I took 3 grams and 200 grams of onion sourdough. Accordingly, I reduced the amount of brine by 100 grams (instead of 330 ml I took 230) and the amount of wheat flour (instead of 400 grams I took 300), yes, I did not put panifarin yet, I had it, but it ended long ago. Baked on the program "Whole grain bread", weight 900 gr. Time 3 hours 23 minutes. it turned out to be not enough, I paused twice and still the bread did not distance properly, the roof was blown off. I had a pickle from purchased red tomatoes weighed out (very tasty), but for rye bread, for my taste, sweetish. So far I have not baked anything else, I have to eat alone, everyone has left. So I'm eating this bread alone with soup and tea, and I just can't cope with it. Now I made lean mayonnaise and baked beets in the microwave. Tomorrow I will make beetroot with walnuts, garlic and lean mayonnaise, and by Palm Sunday I salted the herring (I found the recipe in Odnoklassniki and steamed

Do you need to put liquid in it first, then flour, or vice versa?
The instructions should state. Liquid foods are put into my Scarlet first. Flour on top. And so that at the initial stage of kneading when dusting the flour, it does not fall on the shade, I cover the bucket with a napkin before starting. And when the flour stopped dusting, it was literally about a minute, I remove the napkin so that I could peep through the window. Well, and be sure to take out the spatula after the last kneading, the hole in the bottom of the bread is small, neat. And the scapula will not be exposed to temperature conditions, and will not fry to the bread. It does not have to be torn off and it is. or rather, its coverage will be more intact.
Tatiana S.
Yes, Mila, in all my HP, too, such a tab, first the liquid, and then the dry ingredients. In Mystery, I also sometimes covered the bucket, because in it the blade rotated at such a frantic speed during kneading that the flour flew out of the bucket only in this way. And Endever kneads in a completely different way, so unusually, with such intermittent short movements, and the bun is so neatly formed in the center, and after rest, the kneading is already taking place.
Oh, Julia, I am sorry, did not answer your question regarding the curd casserole. Probably it is possible, but I do not cook these products in HP, for these purposes I use multicooker.
Julia Pechora
Thanks everyone for the answers! And today I bought a ready-made mixture for baking white bread "for breakfast" called, in my opinion. It is suitable for a bread machine and an oven. You dilute, and you just need to add yeast. )) I don't know, maybe I did something stupid, but I wanted to try, but what if it works out))
I'm still waiting for the stove ...
As for the casserole, I thought, since the oven is stirring the ingredients, it would be nice to bake the casserole in it.
And it's hard for me to interfere with my hands. And I don't always want to get the mixer)) So I bake it in the oven, it turns out very tasty.
As for flour, in our stores there is no flour labeled "bakery", at least I haven't found it yet. (

About the casserole
I don't know about the casserole, but I like to use another recipe with cottage cheese for hp. In the upper right (there and on the left there is the same empty line, and at the end of the magnifying glass is drawn), hammer in the line-Curd loaf from Yana (all these words completely). You have several consonant options to choose from. I have this top line - a bookmark. We press it and there on 6 pages this recipe and a discussion of the results of baking in hp for different girls. Last year I often made this bun on a hunt. Moreover, she could put more cottage cheese than in the recipe. The taste of the curd was stronger in this case. It always worked out great. I baked in HP on the "basic" mode (in my oven it is 2 hours 36 minutes) +10 minutes. bakery products. I have only always used half of all the ingredients in this recipe for baking. When I take it out of the bucket, I take this loaf (you can even call it a cupcake), its sides are well fried, but inside it seems like the jelly is shaking. Don't let that scare you. The muffin will cool down and nothing will shake. I hope you find this recipe, it's 500 gr. flour + 2.5 tsp. yeast + 250 gr. soft cottage cheese (I took market cottage cheese by weight and diluted with sour cream to get soft) +150 gr. sugar + 100 gr. draining. butter + 2 eggs + milk 150 ml. I repeat that I divided all products by 2. Yes, and if you put more cottage cheese + raisins, it tastes very much like Easter cake. If you bake not 250 gr. flour, as I do, and 500 gr. the baking time should be longer.

Yes, Milaand I do the same. From flour of the first grade - table bread, not sweet, but premium - for baking or just a little white bread. For everyday use, premium flour is also not very expensive, and everything turns out no worse.

Do you need to put liquid in it first, then flour, or vice versa?
yeast laying does not depend on the stove, but on the yeast itself - instant laid on top of the flour so that there is no premature contact with the liquid, especially if the bread is baked with a delayed start

pressed and dry yeast would be good to first activate in liquid

Please note that Tatiana S. another model xn Bread maker Kromax Endever MB-51 in contrast to the xn proposed for discussion in the topic Bread Maker Kromax Endever SkyLine BM-50, which has slightly different characteristics (number of programs 14)

I also took note of Tanina xn, the long proving time in the starter program attracts, and it is good for yeast bread
Tatiana S.
And the 51st model has more power: 650 watts versus 500 for the 50th.

Tatiana S., but we probably really need to move to another topic of some kind? Create about 51 models, what do you think?

is it not instant?
our yeast packers rarely indicate which dry yeast is in a bag - they write - fast-acting and that's it

Instant ones differ in the shape of grains - they are very small and sticks - only by opening the pack you can see this
round and larger grains - dry yeast - it is more convenient to first activate them in liquid

xn are sharpened for the rapid preparation of bread, almost without our participation, therefore, it is the instant yeast that is stronger and more active, immediately starting to work, and are intended specifically for HP, here are the instructions and write - yeast on top of flour

And I put any dry yeast in a bucket of liquid, and then dry products: and normal bread is obtained. I guess I’m still that baker. There, in a bucket, yeast all the same, in the first minute, begins to mix with all the products, even if you put them. It seems to me that they will dissolve faster in the liquid. I don't even consider what they are in the bag. It will be necessary to consider the yeast from the bags more closely. Well, since we are being brainwashed by the fact that instant yeast is harmful (and I am impressed), I will choose others that are round grains. Having made sure after opening the pack in the yeast accessories, I will buy it in the right packaging. And those that are round grains are dried from pressed? And then for several days I have been thinking that I need to buy pressed ones and dry them myself, and I would not want to do unnecessary body movements. I should go and read about yeast.

Tatiana S., got a stove! Everything is beautiful, BUT THE SCREEN DOES NOT BURN IN BLUE! There is no backlight, no screen, no buttons. What about you? The menu everything works, switches programs, everything is fine.

Reshka, you ordered such a stove? 51 model. Got it already? Is your display light blue? I got it today, there is no backlight ((
OxanaSh
Julia Pechora, Hi, this stove has just been delivered to me - it also does not burn blue. This is probably only in the picture. ... Here, I bought a daughter as a gift, or rather a grandson, he turns a year old, but while he grows, let his mother use it for the benefit of the whole family. I also have a granddaughter for 8 years. I will carry it on Saturday, but for now I’ll sing, I’ll take care of her to teach her daughter.

Listen, and this is normal for the "white bread" mode, (750g, medium crust, time 3:11) the first batch is 7 minutes. , and the second in exactly one minute 25 minutes? I am confused by 25 minutes. I started this bread maker for the first time and since there is no table, I sit and write. Just for the last week I have been making bread at LG's neighbor's), Panasonic (neighbor's), Mulinex (my oven). There seems to be no such long batch.
Here I am forever, kaaak get carried away ...

68 minutes there was a long climb, bypassing the workout and the second rise (it was visible on the display), the last workout on the display was 1:40, the dough was blown away like a balloon. I carefully pulled out the spatula, rounded the dough, and wait. The last climb began, followed by baking.

Yulia, Hello. Not yet, I will order after the May holidays, but I definitely decided to take 51

: yahoo: Well, finally, my loneliness is over Girls, Julia and Oksana, congratulations Yes, I forgot to write about this, that this stove does not have a display backlight, although it is indicated in the characteristics. It doesn't bother me.

Oksana, I also slowly test the programs used. For Rolsen, I even made such a plate for myself for those programs that I used, and Mystery already had such a table in the instructions.

I already thought about it, but I saw that Mystery's 1202, 1203, my 1204, and subsequent models are all in the same topic, so I did not create a new one. Or maybe you really need it By the way, the name even with an error says Enderver

Tatiana S., Tanyush, let's write the programs together. Today I tested 1 program "WHITE BREAD" She scared me, with her kneading for 7 minutes. kneading, 1 minute - rest, kneading 25 minutes !!!! skipping the second workout, 68 min. proofing and then kneading and 50 min. baking. Tomorrow I'll write everything down in detail, minute by minute.
And where among these programs is the "main" one with two twists? I don’t understand how to find out. By typing only. In general, I liked it (the bread maker), nothing magical, but somehow it is alright, neat (and kneading the dough - a beast!) I think the price - quality corresponds. Bought for 4320.
In good hands, it will be an irreplaceable assistant in the kitchen.

And the fact that there is no backlight, garbage - but the husband's flashlight now lies next to the stove, and it is convenient to look through the window, and the display, and all sorts of small letters, and I'm also at the age that there are also glasses on my nose
Tatiana S.
Baked white bread last week Pina colada (lean version) with candied fruit and coconut. It went very well for tea, and on Monday night I kneaded buckwheat with walnuts in onion sourdough. I baked on the program "Sourdough Bread", again missed a little with the amount of sourdough, put 200 grams - a bit too much. In the morning I pulled out the "mushroom" The top of the head crumpled and hung over the edges of the bucket, but it turned out so tasty, now I put it down again. True, the buckwheat flour ran out, and I ground the buckwheat in a coffee grinder. A completely different crumb structure is obtained in sourdough breads, it does not crumble at all, but you cannot cut such bread thinly, it is very soft.

(y) And I thought that I was the only one so clever. I have had a flashlight from fix price lies next to HP. Sometimes I don't even turn on the light at night, with a flashlight you can see everything so well

I will report. Yesterday the first bread on the program

"WHITE BREAD" 750g, medium crust.

3:11 knead # 1 (jerky, neat)
3:04 rest (1 min.)
3:03 kneading # 2 (strong)
2:43 squeaked, probably asked for some extras
2:38 ascent # 1 (ascent # 2, she missed)
1:40 warm-up
1:39 rise # 3
0:50 pastries
Here's what happened. The recipe was like this
Flour - 450 g
Water - 275 g
Yeast - 6 g
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l. dimensional
Salt - 9 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. dimensional
Butter - 20 g (melted slightly in a micron)

I spoiled it by adding 25 ml of water. Since I first forgot to put milk powder, I thought how it would interfere, so the water leaked.
In short, the result was not very pleasing, the bread is pale, at first it seemed that it was not even baked. In the morning I calmed down, and the bread cooled down. Delicate crumb, well, very much (there was no need to splash water), but great for toast. I'm not very current. And my husband didn't even want to take a bite. The darling.

Bread maker Endever (Kromax) SkyLine BM-50

Conclusion - put a dark crust, and do not splash water where you do not need

Oh, girls, thank you all very much for the answers! At first I was very upset because of this backlight, but now it is clear that everyone has it)) The stove was both opened and closed back into the box, while it was standing, waiting. Now I have absolutely no time to do it, at my daughter DR, we will note, and then already.)) But I bought different yeast, and Saf-moment 2 types, and weighed out at our bakery, from which they bake bread. ) I will try. I'm winding up your recipes for now))
