Good day to all! Didn't find anything about Electrolux on the forum. Doesn't anyone have it? The opinion of specialists is very interesting, I saw the oven in the store, it looks very worthy.

Hello, the stove looks just super, I haven't even seen it before and didn't know about it, maybe it just appeared?
It became the most interesting, looked - this Electrolux EBM 8000 in my opinion twin sister Kenwood 450photo for comparison.

SebSeb If no one has one on the forum and no one will answer you on this stove, you can probably look at the information on Kenwood.
SebSeb
I bought an Electrolux. I understand that I am the first of the local ones :) If anyone has questions, I can answer.

Well made, albeit in China. The lid can be easily removed if necessary to wash. Teng is alone. The spatula is made folding, before baking, one turn is made to the other side and the spatula is placed on the bottom of the bucket, it is not baked in the bread at all, but a trace remains at the bottom of the bread. The instructions do not describe the operating modes at all - how much it kneads, how much it costs, how much it bakes. You have to install everything empirically. Works quietly. The display is very well illuminated with blue light and the numbers are large. There is a form for a round cake and a special spatula, have not tried it yet.
hardhearted
I also bought this stove! Today I try it for the first time, almost blindly, since nothing is clear in the instructions! Took the recipe for "Italian bread" from this site, while kneading the dough .... Who tried to bake what, write good people! My mother accepted the purchase with hostility! Do not want to screw up to the fullest! For your earlier big MERSY!

Hello ! I would like to ask the owners of the oven - is there any baking of rye bread and how is it successful in baking? I look closely at this stove, but I don’t know yet whether it is worth taking this particular model ...
leonido
Who has Electrolux EBM 8000, please post all of its programs, I have not found it anywhere on the Internet, it is especially interesting whether it bakes whole grain and the rest. General comments about the operation of the unit are also interesting.
dolla
SebSeb, please tell me if this bread maker has rye and yeast-free bread baked goods? Can I knead hard dough like dumplings?
Why is it bad that the working hours are not scheduled? I probably don't understand something ... is everything there automatically? ..
Are there enough recipes in the accompanying instructions or did you find something from the Internet?
Thank you.
dolla
SebSeb, and further. When choosing a bread maker, did you compare with Panasonic? There are so many reviews about her and completely positive. How Electrolux wins. Thank you.
HURRAH! I found.

This stove is really Kenwood's twin sister, but not 450m, but 350m.
I once wanted to 450, but my husband saw Electrolux and was tempted by Brand. I'm a little disappointed.Firstly, the scapula, the cat must "lie down" before baking, remains "sticking out". Secondly, the round shape is rather low in the sides for Easter cake, it is intended for cakes. Thirdly, the stove does not have a toggle switch; you have to pull the plug from the socket every time. I didn't find the "pause" function - sometimes you need to pause the program (in the 350th it is). And the paddle spins only in one direction - it seems to knead normally, so it's just a fact of difference from the 350th, not a drawback.
I like the design, which is less noise than the 350th. The quality of the teflon saucepan, at first glance, is better, but how next - life will show. The presence of the second bucket is nevertheless nice. There is a hook for removing the caked shoulder blade - also a nice little thing.
All modes (up to the 13th inclusive) correspond exactly to the 350th. You can safely use the recipes from there, a file with a minute-by-minute description of the modes is posted on the discussion thread.

in my stove, the scapula behaves well, go to bed as expected))) I've tried three modes so far, it's normal

And I cannot find in such a configuration, only 1 form (but I really want to ...

So I became a happy owner !!! I started with quick bread - something went up badly (probably in vain I changed it during the program process), but on program 1 the bread turned out to be just wonderful !!! : hleb: I will master all your recipes ....
ksenn
Electrolux owners, please explain. The instructions that I downloaded from the manufacturer's website contain a "bread-dough program table" with incomprehensible columns. The column "additional", it indicates the time - this is the time for which you can independently extend the standard program? That is, the stove is partially programmable? And what does the "temperature" column mean? It has degrees, almost all 60 C.
For example, the gluten-free bread program
Total 02:54
Additionally 02:37
Temperature 60 C.

And village bread has extra time as much as 04:39 ...

I liked it too, I'm thinking of buying it.
Yalenka
Oh, really, respond, please!

Same question!
shahinya liu
A program is set on it, and the stove in the middle of the program emits a signal for adding ingredients ... I baked on the first program, and for 10, just dough. Everything is great!!! Now I'm on a diet, because the oven is still inactive ...
Yalenka
That is, the "extra" time is the time the stove can take a break to add additional ingredients?
Or I misunderstood you Shahinya Liu?
shahinya liu
Yes, you understood correctly...
Yalenka
And what does she do during this extra time?
ksenn

so it is with all bread makers.
shahinya liu
does nothing for 2 minutes, and then continues its program.

Oh, well, extra time is measured by hours in the instructions.

Nothing is clear again

Of course! Do you want to have time to knead and rise the dough-HP in 20 minutes?

all bread makers that have a signal to add raisins do this, at least all my previous bread machines behaved this way.

Then it turns out that they called the additional time, which is simply included in the standard program? Did you pay attention, when you start the program, the display shows the program time, does it correspond to the time in this table? Total or main?
shahinya liu
honestly, I did not pay attention ... until NG until I bake a diet ...

Hello! I became the owner of Electrolux EBM 8000! I used it several times, and only the very first time it turned out unsuccessfully (quick bread, 58 minutes).

I have a couple of questions for the owners: I am concerned that it is quite noisy, that is, if you leave it overnight, you can hear it well in another room.

And yet, it often emits different clicks when the dough rises and bakes, which are also quite audible. Is it in all ovens this way, or only from Electrolux or just me? This is my first oven, never encountered.

Thank you!
shahinya liu
This is also my first time with the same oven, but it is completely noiseless! I think you should contact the service center in your city! And the first and quickest bread did not rise either ...

I have a loud noise when kneading the dough, then when the dough is infused and baked, clicks sound - somewhere 3 different clicks one after the other every 2 minutes. Clicks, they say, sound when the relay heats up - but they are also not quiet and annoying. You have nothing like that? At night, goggling eyes, on the other end of the apartment listened to kneading dough, well at least the clicks did not reach me. And so it's not very comfortable to be in the kitchen (

And about quick bread, the instructions say that it usually does not rise, since the program is short.

I had several bread makers, they all clicked. It has something to do with the heating of the coil (heating element). The Panasonic multicooker clicks like that too.

and you have not figured out what for the extra time is indicated in the instructions in the description of the programs? I asked about this above.
Sprinter
ksenn: You have not figured out what for the extra time is indicated in the instructions in the description of the programs? I asked about this above.
I read the instructions. It seems to me that extra time is given for proofing the dough. That is, there are recipes that require a more thorough proofing of the dough, or, for example, you want to get a more airy dough - and set an additional time, which is individual for each program. I don’t know how to add it, since I recently had a car and I used only 2 programs. Please note that extra time is not available on muffins that are mostly made with baking soda or baking powder. in the preparation of the so-called. pudding - rice porridge, jam, quick bread.

and the program "custard" did not use? Is it the same as for rice porridge?

I used only programs # 1 and "quick bread" - there is no particular mood to understand, because I am worried about the technical condition of the oven, which, it turns out, is faulty.

Good afternoon to all lovers of bread. I am facing a choice of hp. I found such a stove ELECTROLUX EBM 8000. But nowhere can I find reviews for it. In general, we love this company, it seems we haven't let down yet, but I don’t know how their HP is. I look forward to your comments.

Good evening.
We recently bought this bread maker and are getting more upset every day.
The first baking of white bread was unsuccessful, it turned out to be a dry and incomprehensible bun. The second attempt at baking a French loaf was even worse, they just threw out the flat baked piece of dough. For the third time, strangely enough, it was possible to bake white bread according to program 1. For the fourth time, when baking a bun, the inside was again raw, but with a beautiful crust and an ugly top, a miracle bread. What can we do, can decrease or increase ingredients or use recipes from another manufacturer? We use flour, dry yeast and milk powder previously tested on the LG bread maker.

Everyone who buys HP first of all bakes quick bread and everyone fails (I am no exception) then in 1 program, everything is OK !! The main thing is strictly according to the recipe of this HP!

Good day.
I would like to bake not only according to program 1, but it is simply a pity to transfer products.

I have a bread maker recently, I bake almost every day so far only according to program 1, baked white, potato and other breads, as well as wheat-rye, and white bread with sourdough - not a single puncture ... I take recipes here on the forum, I follow kolobok ...
shahinya liu
in 1-2, I also bake on 1 program and also according to the recipes of this site! I like Borodinsky very much, but I knead it in HP, and bake and bake it in the oven, otherwise it doesn't have time to rise well in the rye oven! Yesterday I tried my recipe with caraway seeds - it turned out gray, but DELICIOUS AND I definitely follow the state of the kolobok !! By the way, on the 13th program, for 10 minutes, I make a fried crust ... But I haven't tried French yet ...

Friends who have the ELECTROLUX EBM 8000 Bread Maker - share your experience. I can't figure out how the jam is cooked, and why 1 kg bread is not baked fast program (58 min) - there is such an option in the instructions ..

Good day to all!
I am also going to buy this model. I have never had bread makers, and I bake bread in general only for the second week.
-Please tell me if the presence of 2 forms means that you can knead and bake in both at the same time?
-There are such contradictory statements about the volume of this model that I was completely confused. Can I sleep in the same room if the stove is working at night?
-I read that this model has a MUTE function - is it true? And how does this function work? Will the oven be silent?
- Still interested in the coating on baking dishes - how do you like it? Is it easy to clean, does it burn in places? How reliable is it?
Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.
shahinya liu
Hello! in 2 forms it is impossible to bake at the same time - the blade and the screw are the same, where you insert the form. The Teflon coating is easy to clean and does not burn .. otherwise I have not figured it out yet, I bake gray bread according to the recipe from this site, I just knead Barodinsky, but bake it in the oven, because.I still can't grasp on what function to bake it - it rises well but falls off when baking ..
Tamborén
I see, thank you very much for your answer!

And what is the second form for then? Type 2 baking options to do? Rectangular bread, and small round, but both in turn?
Then I read that the second, round shape, uncomfortable, small. It's true?

shahinya liu
here they wrote that a small bun turns out from this mold ... it is still idle for me ...

Nothing good comes out of such "high-speed" programs. To make the bread look like bread, you need to put in a very large amount of yeast. Neither the taste of the bread, nor for your health is any benefit + the smell of yeast from the finished bread.
clever
of course, thank you .. but I decided, out of the simplicity of my soul - since Electrolux - then everything will work out ... I cut the bread after cooking - and it's just raw inside ... I put it in the oven, it just became hard and that's it ...
And with the jam, I did not understand at all ... some kind of fool ..
But according to programs 1 and "DOUGH CLASS SIMPLY !!!
