salt 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
vodka (moonshine) 2-3 st. l.

grape leaves 3 pcs.
horseradish leaf 1 / 2list
parsley 2-5 branches
dill stems and inflorescences 1-2pcs.
black peppercorns 4-5 pcs.
allspice 3-4 pcs.
carnation 2-5 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Making pickles. These are not pickled, but pickled cucumbers.
  • Suggested recipe for a 3 liter can.
  • At the bottom of a 3 liter jar we put:
  • cherry leaves,
  • currant leaves,
  • grape leaves,
  • horseradish leaf (you can have a piece),
  • parsley leaves,
  • dill stems from inflorescences.
  • Spices can be placed on the bottom or sprinkled on cucumbers before salt.
  • black peppercorns,
  • allspice,
  • carnation.
  • Wash cucumbers well, cut off the tails. Apply tightly to jars. (I pre-soak the cucumbers for 3 hours in cold water, but who's used to it).
  • Pour salt on top of the cucumbers (only not iodized) and pour vodka.
  • Pour boiling water over the cucumbers (approximately 1 liter of water is needed). Close with a capron tight lid and shake well.
  • If there is less water, then make water with salt and add, shake. After about a week, you can put it away in a cool place.

The dish is designed for

baba nata
Essenia, it looks like these cucumbers are not for long storage? But delicious ...

Essenia, joining the question of Baba Nata, under an iron cover for the winter is it possible ?!
Essenia
Girls, call me that I did not answer right away, I did not see it. I explain - these are pickles - hard, grumpy in moderation and these are cucumbers for LONG STORAGE. They are quite good until the next harvest.
They stand for a week and the foam melts in the jar on top. Then the filling becomes cloudy and white sediment on the handles. But as I was explained this from the process of fermentation-fermentation.
They took a couple out of the jar and washed them. And the rest to be in the brine, otherwise they will be mumbled, and until next time. An open can is obtained.
Don't hit the iron lid, otherwise it will rip off first. Dense plastic is quite good.
If you have any more questions - please, I will answer.
