Chocolate cookies

140 gr butter
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
vanilla sugar
salt
2 tbsp. l. with a slide of cocoa
180 gr flour
baking powder
cinnamon, cardamom, amaretto, cognac ... - optional

Beat well the soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, add the egg, beat. It turns out a lush creamy mass. Sift flour, add cocoa and baking powder. Beat. The dough looks like a very thick cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll small balls from the chilled dough, flatten a little and dip one side in sugar. Spread the cookies on a baking sheet at a distance of approx. 1 cm - will blur a little when baking. This makes one full baking sheet. Bake at 175-180C for 8-10 minutes. Finished biscuits slide easily, but remain soft and slightly damp on the crack. If you get it on time, you get the most delicate, soft and "chocolatey" cookies. If you bake it, you get just a delicious dry chocolate chip cookie. Allow to cool on a baking sheet, hot biscuits are very soft.
