Girls, hostesses, help the cartoon to choose, please!
You need a small one, no more than 3 liters, for 1-2 people, preferably for steaming, stewing, for porridge, and I would also like baked goods in the form of cottage cheese casseroles.
I would like a reliable machine without problems. Previously, there was no multi, it was easy to manage with a stove-oven, but stomach problems require dietary nutrition.
A very small selection of babies, in fact, it turns out REDMOND M12, Marta 4324 and several Polaris /
What to choose, help! my head is already spinning from all the descriptions and reviews)
Girls, you are experienced hostesses, tell me what to take so that it is tasty, does not burn and does not run away?)

and you call this not a great choice? Take any according to your wallet - they are not expensive and they are not much different from each other. An electric pan - it is an electric pan, with a timer and a thermostat. What you put in it, you get it)))
Lagri
OlyaAS, take Redmond RMC-03, for 2 liters. I think it's a great option for two. I have a Redmond M12, it's also a good option, it cooks very well, but it's too big for porridge. I had Marta, a little different, also by 3 liters, but in her the temperatures are too high, I adjusted and still made friends with her, but I wouldn't buy it another time.) Polaris are not bad, but they have simple cups, buy in addition had to. I would take Redmond RMC-03. Go to the topic on this multicooker, ask the girls for advice, maybe decide if the price is right for you. Good luck!
OlyaAS
Lagri , thanks for the detailed comparison, I just missed it!
I also looked at Redmon 03 for a long time, so you think it's better to take it?
I initially chose between 03 and 12, it seemed like I was leaning towards 12, it seemed to me more serious, or something, but then I came across a bread maker, and here they also praise Polaris, and they talk about pitfalls 12)
strawberry
Olya, keep in mind that 03 has a small, shallow double boiler. You can cut into pieces ...
OlyaAS
strawberry, yes, here I am looking at it this way and that in the pictures, just a little bit!
In principle, it should be enough for two, right? Usually I do not cook, a maximum of a couple of times to eat for two. The girls here write about her too tasty! And pretty!
the only thing is that it has a plastic case, how safe is it? Leave it on overnight or unattended for the day? Unfortunately, neither 03, nor 12 were able to see and touch live, there are no babies in stores, only 5 liters are worth! Of course, if you could watch them live, it would be easier to choose.
Irsha, they, of course, do not cost exorbitant money, but I would not want to throw it away, and I'm not sure that I will need a second one, if suddenly something goes wrong, I would like to do it alone, the kitchenette is small. The priority is, of course, for the purpose of diets. food - stewed vegetables, meat, steamed fish, well, casseroles, oatmeal in the morning or an omelet.
Well, and there, of course, who knows how it will go, maybe I'll get a taste and completely switch to cartoon, start a collection
strawberry
Olya, that's enough for two. I cooked soup yesterday, so it was enough for four. And when alone, I cook quite a bit, porridge for one meal.

if you go in and start, I haven't cooked on gas for several years, it's much more convenient to cook with a timer and a thermostat.
OlyaAS
Oh girls, thanks! Like! I'm reading a topic about her, now I'm still asking around
The price is just (At 4000t ozone, it can't be cheaper anywhere
Irsha, that is, does it have enough power for meat? I love stewing beef and a rabbit on holidays, I would like to cook not only porridge with vegetables in it.
And I also found Polaris PMC 0349AD, it is certainly larger, but the reviews about it here are also good, and the price is 1650. I liked that the programs are well tuned, pressed the button and wait calmly. Plus about safety, it is also important that there is protection, you can leave it unattended
Marpl
Here is a good MV-SV and the stock price is excellent, 2199 rubles -

But in vain! It is in the small version that the pressure cooker is especially valuable, since even when fully loaded, nothing boils away.

Yes, in vain! In addition to a large SV, I also have a wonderful 2 liter (thanks to Marina-Marpl) - for cereals and side dishes - buckwheat, millet, millet with pumpkin, brown and red rice - very fast and tasty. (and in MV babies - rolled oats, corn semolina, pearl rice).

And even stew, canned fish, just fish in 10 minutes without aromas throughout the apartment, completely lazy cabbage rolls with brown rice (so that the cabbage is not overcooked and the rice is ready and without unnecessary body movements) - this cannot be done without a pressure cooker (even for lovers of legumes - peas, lentils, etc. very quickly)

Agree. I still have not decided to buy, my multicooker cope with everything. Maybe someday I will make up my mind, but hardly.
OlyaAS
Lagri, Maria, can I have some more questions? You have such a rich cartoon park, if you forget a little about the size, in terms of functionality, how much is 03 compared to Redmond 12 and Polaris? I mean, loaded the groceries, pressed the button, fell on the sofa, got up, ate? After work, I just do not want to dance with tambourines, with building time and temperatures
And yet, all of the small lids are not removable, right? Only 03 has an internal removable?
Lagri
Quote: OlyaAS
I mean, loaded the groceries, pressed the button, fell on the sofa, got up, ate?
For me, 0349 is like that. The removable cover does not play a special role for me, I'm used to it. I learned to clean after cooking and so on. Although there are multi with removable lids, and I respect 0349 very much (for a large number of necessary, ready-made, correctly configured programs, for the Masterchef mode (this is the My recipe mode in this cartoon). The only thing, I gave her a Panasonic bowl and she became just super, for me, constantly used for everything. I have had it for 4 years and I really hope that it will work for a long time. And even at 03 you have to think what and how, and in 0349 just press the button.
OlyaAS
Ordered
I think it should be suitable for the first time, and then it will be seen whether I need it or not
The only thing is that she does not have a recipe book in the kit.
And where can you buy a decent cup for it?
Lagri
OlyaAS, well done. You will like her. The bowl will work for now. There is a topic Multicooker Polaris PMC 0349AD and and 0360AD , there they will tell you about the bowl and about the recipes. In general, there are a lot of recipes on the forum and you can do without a recipe book.
OlyaAS
Maria, thanks, I’m just reading!
And I also read about the Sous-Vide technology, how tasty and necessary is it? or a useless option?
Rita
OlyaAS, Suvid also needs a vacuumator ...
OlyaAS
Rita, yes, I read that. In general, I'm just trying to understand whether this is basically necessary or not.
Rituslya
Quote: OlyaAS
is it basically necessary or not
Olya, this is not for everybody. If you normally perceive cooking meat-fish, for example, at temperatures below 100 degrees, then this is for you. In general, this Sous-Vide can be cooked on any Multicooker, if the multicooker itself keeps the temperature exactly, and also allows the functionality.

Girls, thank you all! She became the owner of a magic pot, bought it for 1650r, it is written produced in 2015. Complete with steamer, spoon, measuring cup and instructions.
cook porridge
I was puzzled by the cup, I shoveled the entire Internet, nowhere are there suitable ones. On the box, by the way, it is written that the bowl can be washed in the dishwasher, taking into account the fact that everyone writes that the bowl is not very much, probably not worth it?

Puzzled by the bowl
if you use silicone spatulas, spoons, ladles, then your own bowl will last longer. Buy a couple more cartoon characters - and the load on one bowl will be less
And Teflon, in any case, is better not to wash in the dishwasher, what is there to wash, it does not burn.
OlyaAS
Oh girls, miracles happen)
Now I have two multi, Polaris and Panasonic I don't understand how it happened
I bought 0349 and started looking for a bowl from Panasonic, I did not find a bowl separately, but I found a Panasonic 10 with an ideal bowl for 700r on Avito. Now one cartoon is making soup, and another is making a cupcake
Taia
OlyaASManufacturers often write that Teflon is dishwasher safe.
From my own experience - you can, yes! But you should not do this if you want the vessel to live longer.
OlyaAS
Taia , yes, thanks, mine manually. In the palaris, of course, there is no bowl - they made baked milk, it got stuck, I had to soak and scrub it for a long time and persistently, after that I began an active search for a spare bowl

OlyaAS, it's great that there was a bowl from Panasonic-10 (along with the multicooker itself). Now you can use it with both multicooker. And in the Polaris bowl you can cook soups, stew meat, vegetables, and much more. If the Polaris bowl does not rub off a little after cooking, then I pour a little table vinegar, immediately rub it with a sponge and rinse it off, everything cleans up perfectly (I have been doing it for a long time already, and so far everything is whole). Now it will work more fun with a bowl from Panasonic, more precisely, no problems at all.
M @ rtochka
OlyaAS, I understand correctly, did you buy Polaris?
And how is this cartoon? After 4 months of use.
It is for cereals that I am looking for a small MV instead of Redmond 01, for 3-4 people.
Redmond 03 is something very expensive ((
I would like a more budget option.
OlyaAS
Girls, hello everyone!)
Yes, thanks to the advice on this forum, I bought the little Polaris. Almost immediately I bought a bowl from Panasonic in perfect condition for Avito. I'm very happy with the cartoon! I cook everything, and steamed cereals and vegetables, and meat and fish, casseroles, even somehow cooked cheese soup))
Panasonic gave her mom)
I even cook one portion of porridge, mostly oatmeal (not flakes, although I tried flakes), I put it on with a timer in the evening so that it would be ready by morning. Everything is delicious, nothing burns and does not run away.
Especially if 3-4 servings, I can safely recommend it! It is, of course, too big for one portion, but you can adapt to one portion too) considering its price, it is simply an irreplaceable assistant!)

Also two years ago, on a tip from my beloved Bread Maker, I bought Polaris 0349 and a bowl for Avito from little Panas. Moreover, I have hardly ever used a Panasonic bowl, I cook in my own Polarik bowl. She is still in good condition.
I use only soft silicone paddles / ladders. I did baking a couple of times, I don't use it for frying. Basically, I cook, cook, steam. I use it 3-4 times a week.
The porridges are great!
M @ rtochka
Sveta, good review...
Because it was the comments about the bowl that bothered me. They write that none, wears out quickly.

My sister has one, the children gave it. Bowl - no, only porridge, cook, simmer and steam.
1203 is by far the best bowl. I gave this to a friend. Plus how a pressure cooker can work.
If I had chosen now, I would have bought 1203. But I already have three multicooker, I need to slow down.
OgneLo
I have no “purely multicooker”, because we often use programs with pressure. Here are my assistants, including (gross bowl volume /net):
5/4 l - Pressure cooker Vitesse VS-526
5/4 l - Electric pressure cooker Pressure Cooker Vitesse VS-512
2/1,6 l - Joyoung pressure cooker JYY-20m3
3/2,4 l - Multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD
6/4,8 l - Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion)

data for max net volumes are calculated based on general pressure cooking requirements:
Quote: Instructions for the Redmond Multi-Cooker-Pressure Cooker PMC-PM380
For cooking under pressure, it is necessary to have water or other liquid in the bowl - at least 1/5 from the volume of the bowl [in the instructions for another pressure cooker it was recommended to pour at least "1 multi-glass", that is, 160 ml].
...
To avoid clogging of the steam release valve, fill the bowl with food and water no more than 4/5 on the volume of the bowl. When cooking products that swell in hot water or release foam - no more than 3/5 on the volume of the bowl

I baked in both fast carts, and there, and there, the pastries turned out to be excellent.
I cook, depending on the required volume, in all, and I am very happy with all of them.

In principle, the duo of pressure cookers-multicooker Polaris PPC 1203AD and Redmond PMC-PM380 covers almost the entire basic range of cooking volumes for a family. The only nuance, specifically for this pair, is that they have “mirror” control relative to each other. Ie.what is done on the left in one, then in the other must be done on the right. In one, the “stewing” program under pressure, in the other, under pressure, the “soup” program, and the “stewing” program - without. But you quickly get used to these nuances + do not be lazy to study the instructions.
M @ rtochka
Stopped yesterday at Polaris 1203 for 2700
And today 3350 comes out in Eldorado Redik 03!
Now I think ...
Redmond is already familiar, I have been using them for a long time. But Polaris is also praised, I thought I'd try a new cartoon.
In general, I suffer
Marpl
Polaris 1203 is better, buy and use.

The multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD, a priori, is better, because it has more features, and good build and workmanship. There is even nothing to compare, especially at such a delicious price.
