Today I was told that the management agreed to change the multicooker to a new one. They just don't have cups, so they change the multicooker, you just need to send it back by the transport company at their expense. But I (or my husband, most likely) threw out the box. And in general, I don't want to bother, now I bought a bowl from Redmond, it fits well, only the bevel in diameter at the bottom of the Redmond is larger. It turns out that the bottom area is smaller than that of the native bowl. I'll try to test it, I'm afraid, though, so that the cartoon does not burn out. I will write later as I feel.
velli
ElenaHow much is the bottom of the purchased bowl smaller than the native one? I would not dare to cook something in such a bowl. With a bowl, you probably missed you can buy and wider along the bottom like Brizka's. Did you buy the cup in an online store or where? It's good that I have a spare one from M / V Polaris -517 without handles. Lena, it's a pity that they didn't save the box, and without it they won't accept it. And one more thing: is it really necessary to make a multi return because of the bowl if it bakes and cooks well. In mine, I cook little more and more bake, knead the dough (it turns out to be a wonderful dough), distribute it. I will look in the internet for bowls suitable for Brizka and try to order (there will be no more)

Tamara, if suddenly any information appears, please write.
I kind of burned out already with this slow cooker, but I can flare up again.
I usually get that if I want something, then it is absolutely necessary today and now, otherwise I do not know how to wait.

Elena, and what do they require a box?
Explain that there is no box, but there are receipts and so on. The typewriter has a serial number, and the shipping company will give you the box and pack it under your supervision. Why are you lost?
They agree to change your car, so they won't find a box?
And also invite them to send a bowl for exchange, and not a whole machine. Maybe they just stepped? on fig machines to change, if you can in bowls

and it seems to me that this machine is closer to the polaris, it is not without reason that it is very similar to the Polaris PBM 1601D, and the bowl from the polaris 517 also came up with Valentina.
Maybe you should measure the bowl, and in the store poke around on the polaris and then order? if you are too lazy to break the manufacturer

Smaller bowl - less heat, different cooking quality.
velli
I found a cup for my Brizka. from Polaris-517AD. The size of the bowl is given by diameter and height. I measured it according to Brizka, everything matches. I ordered it in this store, it's a pity that they will just bring it after the weekend on Monday. TWIG store. price: 1,140 rubles + shipping.

Girls, just in case I'll write about the cup, it will suddenly come in handy. My Polaris 517 is not AD, but an Expert. It is very likely that their bowls are the same in terms of parameters (here I am not sure, of course). So, bowls from my old lady Redmond M150 are ideal for my Polaris 0517 Expert. Specifically - bowl RB-A503 (no handles, not ceramics). Maybe it will suit your new products.
velli
uluna, Maria you are absolutely right bowl from Polaris Expert and Polris-517 are the same. When I bought a cup (I wrote above) it says that it fits both Polaris! But I kind of read about the cup from Redmond (RB-A503) on the forum, but somehow I didn't focus on it. Thank you, we still need to see where it is sold and how much it is.
Sails
Yes, no, girls, I myself did not want to send the cartoon. Maybe they would have accepted it without the box. I didn't like Brizka's cup very much. It seems to me that the coating is still ceramic. So I decided to leave the cartoon and pick up another bowl. And I just bought the bowl RB-A503. She, they write, is suitable for Polaris 517. Both in diameter and in height, it fits exactly to the breeze. And I liked the coating of the Redmond bowl, non-stick. I just have to try to cook something in it, but I have no time. I think everything will be okay. They change the bowls on other cartoons.

Valentina, I bought the last such Redmond bowl in Okey about a year ago, and it was for Polaris ... about 1100-1200 rubles. worth it. They seem to be there all the time, and you can see it in real life.
I remember spitting on a Polarisian expert-native bowl)) After a couple of weeks after the purchase, everything began to stick, and it was not evenly cooked on frying and baking. She shoved the existing Redmond bowl into it - and norms. Then Polaris did not even look at the replacement in the direction of the bowls.
Now I took pictures of both bowls, for comparison - will it suit you or not. So after THREE !!! I finally saw why there was a jamb))) In real life, I did not see the visually crooked bottom of the Polaris bowl. Well, maybe now their bowls are normal, I just don't know.

Sails, Lena, Oh, what good news! Still, they went to meet you and sent an additional cup, without returning the old one! How happy I am for you, Lenochka, there are no words! Now you have 3 cups for Brizka! I don't want to cook. What did you cook there, what kind of bread did you bake. And today I cooked borscht with stewing beets and roasting vegetables to it. Cool nevertheless, the temperature can be adjusted on our cartoon and the time. I used almost all modes, except for Baking. I like everything, I bake bread in 3 days and are different. Didn't bake cake, rye, and fast. (I'm not sure about the quality of the baked bread).

Sedne, Svetlana, yeah, great. I myself was so happy, I thanked them.

Polaris also has similar functions, but when I saw the manufacturer from this one, I was immediately interested in it only. I love this plant. Their coffee grinders-meat grinders serve for many years when used in the tail and mane. Of course, they make cartoons in China, that is, it cannot be said that they were completely developed, but the hope for worthy support from them was implied. It's nice when good hopes come true. Well done, manufacturer.

Girls, but you are silent, like partisans. Really no one tasted the baked goods to the fullest. It's so interesting to know if the crust is like in the oven.Does the cartoon really compete with the Panasonic Krustinka? or a very nice car, but like an ordinary Panasik?

Girls, how I envy you! I have been licking my lips at this slow cooker-bread maker for so long! Yesterday my husband put an end to my dream. Said, "You have the multicooker, but the bread is only from the electric oven!" (My HP Hitachi is standing, poor thing, in the garage where her husband drove her out a couple of years ago ...)
Sails
Irina, why did he expel her to the garage like that? Did he not like the bread made from it?
Swan-Seagull
There was a good piece of bread, but my husband said it was rubbery, and it didn’t smell like a hand. Stove in a gas oven. Then someone told him (actually, quite logically) that it absorbs the products of gas combustion into the gas bread. I bought a stove top - gas, electric oven. He liked the bread. I also bought a desktop one so that my back was comfortable (do not bend over). Desktop - my super favorite Gemlukschka. Well, I’m this hotzza!

She already does not care about all the micro world. Yes, the husband is wrong and is talking nonsense, but a dear person is more important than any aggregates and beliefs. Discussion of the Panasonic SD-ZP2000KTS bread machine
Miss_lutik
Good evening girls! I have long dreamed of a slow cooker with kneading dough, I can't find options for sale in online stores, tell me, maybe there is another alternative besides the breeze?
velli
Hello everyone! Something girls do not write about their bread and cooking in the m / v. Yesterday I baked Milk bread in my Brizochka. I am very pleased with the result: the crust is soft, and the crumb is so airy and slightly elastic, it does not crumble when cutting. (y) Such bread is good to use with first courses and sandwiches. I didn't take a photo, it looks like the one that I exhibited before, but yesterday's taste is different and more like bread from Panas.I used to bake it in it, I decided to try to bake it in Brizka and everything worked out.Miss_lutik, in my opinion, you won't find an alternative to Breeze-11 in Moscow, maybe in the regions there is something similar, but you have to look in the internet. The girls ordered Brizka in Axion through the manufacturer and sent them. I love my Brizka dearly and thank her every time when she bakes bread and when she kneads the yeast dough into pies and makes a delicious soup and cooks borscht.

Sails, Elena, and you do not share something, stopped using it and are already looking towards the new x / n. Panasonic with a ceramic bucket? Something I was completely indifferent to her and while my Wishlist is silent.
Sails
velli, Valentina, you guessed right. I bought a new Panasik, now I play with it. But I think that Brizka is a very worthy device for that kind of money. The last time I baked a sourdough bread made from wheat flour of general purpose and whole grain wheat in it on the French program. I liked the result. I think that if someone really wants this cartoon, then you should not wait for it to appear in stores, order from the factory. It is even more reliable. She came quickly, very well packaged, the guarantee is affixed. They have a telephone and mail, they are always in touch.Multicooker MX11 "Breeze" with the function of a bread machine and a kneaderMulticooker MX11 "Breeze" with the function of a bread machine and a kneader Only I don’t understand how to turn it over.

I don't know, either I need to, or not really, or I will interrupt at all. I want to play, yes, and press the buttons.

I had a lot of equipment from Polaris, now I have a cartoon. Well, a very sharp technique. Quickly picks up temperature - drops sharply. Too much character. I am ok with polaris, but for especially important refined I choose another technique. For the same baking, I have a cartoon Panasik. And in polaris, let the cutlets be fried. I personally would have ordered the bread maker from the Breeze factory.

As for the Krustina and Brizka, since Panasik still does not have programming, there remains a certain inconvenience with all its indisputable advantages.
A programmable bread maker is something special in my eyes. Although, to be honest, probably it is quite possible to do with one fancy Panasik. Painfully, the new Panasik is just a pretty toy, it bakes very nicely and, judging by the reviews, tastes better than before.
But if someone loves to bake something complicated and unusual, on the same rye bread, on sourdough bread, it is more convenient in Brizka. Brizka programmable complements the automatic Panasonic.
Brizka is a very interesting car, if there is no way to buy a panasya, I would look towards just brizka.

there are programmable machines. These are polaris and redmont, and a bunch of others. At first glance, they are also sophisticated. But everything stated must be confirmed in practice, and not everyone is good with this. Brizka still looks quite at the level, the only thing in terms of longevity so far nothing can be said, there are few owners. Well, on the other hand, the service at the plant is friendly.
But everyone makes a decision for himself. The above is Funtik's subjective view of Brizka.

I mix the rye dough with my handles, and the dumplings with a blender with knives, in HP, only wheat and psh-rye.
velli
I didn't mix rye in Brizka as well as dumplings. I knead the dumplings in the Scarlet blender with a special attachment for heavy dough. I don’t like rye bread and I’m not going to bake it, we eat purchased black. As I wrote above, the bread received the same as from Panas, both in taste and texture, only the difference in the shape of the loaf. In Breeze I bake completely according to different recipes and the bread tastes different. In Panas, she baked according to a standard recipe and did not change anything for many years. In Brizka, I would like to bake different ones according to the attached recipes. The bread is always tasty if you follow the "kolobok rule" and weigh flour and liquid on a scale.
fffuntic
Yes Galya asks not to sing praises to the brizka, but to indicate specific possibilities for programming the machine: how to regulate the temperature and set the time (what temperature-time possibilities are available).
There is no whole instruction in the internet. I downloaded separate pages-pictures for myself from the site on the multicooker, but when I began to look more closely, questions arose, and I did not stick out with my scan.
I'm waiting for you, owners, to tell you in detail. The instructions contain a figure of 180 degrees, is that true? - brizka allows you to set this figure? or is it 160?

And in general, if only they took a picture of your entire instruction. And then you show little bread and only at your word you have to believe what wonderful regimes. And no timing, no description, no instructions can be seen.

With programmed baking, I wanted to figure it out, but then I changed my mind - I don't need it. I bake bread mainly with sourdough, but I still can't program it, since sourdough raises my bread differently every time. The cartoon is also normal, but you need to adapt to it, like to the majority, the main thing is there is a manual setting. But I, again, love pressure cookers, in the cartoon I have a long time. I cooked only soups in it. In general, there are only two of us in the family, we eat a little, generally 1 loaf of bread is enough for us for 1-1.5 weeks. So I can’t carry out tests in full measure. yes, there is nothing to say.

No stove can compare with krustina. NOT ONE. It's not Brizka's fault. She's just a stove, like everyone else, the same model
Today - Krustina is something special, she is the only one - modern. Out of competition with a huge margin goes.
I, of course, being very interested in rye bread, do not really like the fact that they did not make separately improved baking in crustin. A little programming (to make rye on the machine) and improved baking, or at least baked goods and that's it... The ideal would be.

Elenabut still poke the pastries. It is interesting to know the maximum temperature: 160 or 180. You see, if you can enhance baking there, then it's cool ... Perhaps the breeze will be even closer to the crust.
You may not have explored its potential.

Lena, but I wonder what, in your opinion, is Krustina so good?
I'm just asking out of curiosity.
For example, I have hp Panasonic. In fact, both kneading and baking are completely satisfied, and I don't do anything else in it. There is not even a desire to buy other bread makers in search of the ideal.
But with multicooker, on the contrary, I bought a bunch of them, but everything is not so for me.
fffuntic
I have two all my life:

brandyushechka and panasy. I love both of them dearly. But knowing the preferences of my relatives and friends, what would be simpler, I poked and everything worked out right away so that it did not break in the tail and mane, I admit the advantage of Panasonic.
Although in my brandyushechka you can configure any mode, that is, simulate and a la Panasonic, almost identically, set different temperatures and times, it keeps it all very well. A programmable stove is a THING for me, but not everyone is ready to delve into the technique.
But she is quite frail in assembly.

Today, Krustina is two in one: this is the old Panasonic (one part of the programs) + baked goods like in the oven, with real crispy crusts and the effect of non-Khlebopechkin crumb (the second part of the programs). Taking into account the fact that users did not like standing, in the second part - the modern program, it is removed.
The only drawback is that modern innovations are only automatic, not customizable. That is, apart from the program, you cannot choose improved baking, for example, and the time cannot be lengthened on any program. That is, it is rye bread that remains in the previous version with manual control - for me this is a big flaw. Still not up to the ideal, but close.
But for wheat and mixed - it's just fantastic. Almost all aspects are covered for delicious, but not daily))) bread. And with a combination of programs in the old fashioned way, everything is like in the old panasik + new possibilities.

In short, I'm a fan of controlled cars. And if there was a stove for every day with flexible control and excellent crispy crusts on baked goods, then I would change the panasika without hesitation.
Everybody is good at the firebrand, but not for every day. Then a very fragile girl would work with a fan around her.
Panasik is terribly not flexible, but it bakes deliciously for every day.

Krustina still has inflexibility, but there is a new BAKE, there are really amazing crusts. That is, the most durable and multifunctional machine for every day.

Sails
fffuntic, Lena, poked. It turns out that on the programs you can only select the weight of the loaf and crust, the temperature does not change. But in manual mode, any temperature is selected, and 180 degrees too. It turns out that if you need such a temperature, then you need to interrupt your program before baking and put the baking in manual mode (items 11 and 13, baking and select 180 degrees).
fffuntic
Elena, and if you lay the lid of this stove with shiny foil, and set the temperature to 180 degrees ... Rather, program the panasik in it entirely according to the panasik timing, but only with baked goods at 180 degrees. And look at the result ... Maybe you have a hidden, unidentified second krustina, but also with control, that is, without the shortcomings of krustina.
Brizka is programmable, any typewriter, any mode can be imitated in it. And if it bakes like a crustine, there will be no price.
Sails
fffuntic, Lena, I'm not very friendly with programming, alas. Yes, and I'm sitting on suitcases, going on vacation. Maybe other owners will try?
fffuntic
