Good day! I will continue the story about experiments with a multicooker. My husband gave me a thermometer from a moonshine still and I started measuring the temperature in different modes. Soup - 96 is the highest, steam - 100, manual setting to 110 - gave 104. Heating up to 96 reaches (it depends on the volume, I had 2 bowls of soup) I don't dare to cook milk porridge in a multicooker mode, but I cook her in a bread maker on jam mode. At first I thought that 1:05 is a lot for porridge (in a Redmond bread maker I always cook for 40 minutes, and in Panasonic I did not dare to cook at all, the bucket was a pity). It turned out that 1:05 is a very good time, the heating is slow and by the end of the hour it already boils well. For me, plus that she interferes with the porridge herself, the slow cooker does not know how to stir. Coarse barley and oatmeal cook well. Another plus in the karma of this 2 in 1 device. Redmond bread maker can be carried in the trash, kept for the sake of yogurt and cereals.

Anastasia, I measured the soup on the program and the temperature probe broke, now I need to buy a new one, but I showed it 105 I'll try to cook porridge tomorrow in the milk porridge mode, if it doesn't work out, I'll use your method That's just because of 2 in 1 and I'm trying to make friends with her, otherwise I would have handed it back long ago

I will use your method
The main thing is to cover the bucket very tightly with foil, otherwise everything will splatter. I made a lid from the bottom of a foil baking dish. It is thicker than foil and is reusable. Photo is not attached unfortunately
