Ingredients

boiling water 180 ml

butter (lard) 20 g
wheat flour 150-180g
dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
cabbage leaves 300-350g
good bunch of greens
rye-wheat bread 3-4 pieces
starch 1 tbsp. l.
eggs 3 pcs
cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • For this fairly quick and tasty diet pie, you can use the bottom leaves of your cabbage fork and any set of greens. For better fork formation, I usually break off the lower leaves. I give the very hard ones to the hens, and the less hard ones go for such a pie and cabbage casserole.

  • My dough is kneaded by a bread maker. I pour long-boiled oatmeal, rye flour, salt, sugar, butter into a bowl in a piece and pour boiling water over it and stir. I leave the bucket in a closed HP for 30 minutes to brew and cool. I sift wheat flour (preferably whole grain or 1 grade) and yeast into the tea leaves. I turn on the program "Dough". I usually fall asleep 150 g and look at the kolobok, it should not smear on the walls. If necessary, add to the desired elastic consistency. When kneading by hand, knead the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours with 2 kneading every 30 minutes. Take out the dough, stretch it, fold it, roll it into a ball and leave it to rest under the plastic for 10 minutes. Roll it into a circle with a diameter of 30-32 cm. I bake in Princesk. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment or into a suitable baking dish, cover with foil and leave to come up in a warm place. I transfer to Princess, form small edges. I turn it on for 20 seconds to warm up, close it and leave it to come up for 30 minutes.

  • While the dough is coming up, I prepare the filling. I cut the cabbage leaves into wide ribbons and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes at full power to soften. You can blanch them in a little water in a skillet. My greens and blot with a towel. Any greens are suitable, I have - lovage, dill, cilantro, onion, arugula, marjoram, basil. Your own bread, rye and wheat.

  • I pass the softened cabbage, herbs and bread through a meat grinder. For a softer consistency, you can skip twice.

  • I bake in the Princess for 20 minutes, turn it off and leave it in the closed Princess for another 5 minutes. When baking in the oven, bake in a preheated oven to 220 * C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Chop after cooling. The pie is airy, hearty, tender and aromatic.
