Mushroom and Potato Pie

Ingredients

milk 100 ml
dry yeast 10 g
sugar 0.5. st l
egg 1 PC
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
flour 250 g
salt taste
mushrooms 300 g
potatoes 400 g
onion 150 g
cheese 150 g
sour cream taste

Cooking method

  • Add sugar and yeast to warm (not hot!) Milk. Put in a warm place. After about 15 minutes, the dough should rise. Beat the egg with salt. Add vegetable oil, stir. Add suitable yeast, stir. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel or tighten with plastic foil, put in a warm place. I pour warm water into a cup and put a bowl in it. After about 30 minutes, the dough should rise. Cut the onion into strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the potatoes (raw) into very thin slices. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grease the mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 and a height of 4 cm) a little oil or cover with baking paper. Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. Lay out in the form so that there are sides. Smear the dough a little with sour cream. Lay out the mushrooms, add a little salt and pepper. Put the onion on the mushrooms. Put potatoes on the onion, salt a little. Lubricate with sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.

Probably, a layer of potatoes combined with a cheese layer creates the appearance of a dough lid :-))
