Tortillas with mozzarella and herbs

Ingredients

water 240 ml
wheat flour 320 gram
vegetable oil b / s 2 tbsp. spoons
salt 0.5 tsp
I have homemade mozzarella (any other cheese or filling) 250 grams
greens (I have parsley and basil) taste
butter for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Three mozzarella on a grater and mix with herbs. You can add a little salt if you like.
  • Knead a soft dough from flour, butter, salt and water.

  • Roll out each piece.
  • Put the filling in the middle.
  • Fold to rectangle, overlap edges.
  • Roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
  • Bake in a well-heated dry skillet with a thick bottom, covered.
  • Remove and grease with butter on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
