Bresko Home Bread 1000 = Garlyn Home BR-1000
I think comments are unnecessary and the saliva of sellers is splashing

"home!" when you can program the desired sequence of operations for kneading, lifting, baking.
maximum rise how much can you set?

Everyone is always fighting who is better and who is worse))) I have Garlin, and Parents Panasonic - and both of them are good. The bread according to the recipes is wonderful, the dough for pizza and dumplings is awesome for both.
I tried it on my own according to Panasonic recipes, it turned out well. Only on mine less time is needed for cooking .. And if you cook my recipes from Garlin on your parent Panasonic, then on the contrary, you need to add another 15 minutes for baking. Well, adjust the crusts accordingly))

My godmother Panasonic does not complain either, she has 2510. And I use Garlin, it's already the second year! My choice fell purely visually, I like metal more in the kitchen. The taste and color, as they say!
I tried to cook according to the recipes of other bread makers. Some of Panasonic's recipes can be said to be universal, I also took Kenwood's recipes, and from here some of the standard ones are already written in a notebook, I often cook. Most are great! But from Mulinex it is worse, the ingredients are not in the same proportion.
Garlyn has good recipes in the book, but everyone has tried them for a long time and not once.

What about

When we bought it, no one "sold" it to us. We took it on the advice of friends, so in principle we can say we were guided by "live" reviews

even does not converge, so on the advice of the company or saw and bought?
Hmm, you see, the sales of this HP have fallen

Emm .. What company ???))) at the godmother Panasonic, at friends Garlin - For the quality of either one or the other the owners did not swear at me. Outwardly, I liked Garlin more, so the choice was made. Visual because metal is more like it.
Where is your contradiction here?)

Anna, do not pay attention, our stove is very good (I also have a second year). Here, positive reviews about this stove by some participants are very painful.
I call them Panasonic witnesses. Can they trade in Panasonic? I'm not surprised by anything anymore

and this metallic clone kenwood 450? in topic 450 there is more discussion and there is an instruction. All metallics are very expensive, so you want to know all the clones, especially if you choose a used one that is cheaper.
When discussing the stove, it would be good to describe its modes and attach instructions, but there is nothing according to Garlin.

And it would be nice to read at least 6 pages

these 6 pages are just a photo of the bread. And all the stoves bake something, that's why they are made. I saw the link
Bread maker Garlyn Home BR-1000 - reviews and discussion # 49but it is completely unclear what the oven can do for sourdough bread.

Tatyana, This HP has nothing to do with Kenwood, there is a copy of it Bresko Home Bread 1000, but this will not help much https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=525731.0

Hello everyone! Six months ago I became the owner of this stove. Bribed metal, and a big discount from the seller. The stove suits everyone, well, the truth is everyone.A very useful mode Home, and in general the oven allows you to bake bread as you like, different variations. Now I have learned to bake with both tea leaves and leavens. This baking business turned out to be very exciting. Special thanks to Admin for the spirit of an explorer, a pioneer, and a huge help for newbies.
Now to the stove. Last month I noticed a low speed in the first batch and half of the second batch of the White bread program (the same for program 11), i.e. at the beginning of the batch, the blade rotates slowly. In the middle of the second batch, the speed for no reason abruptly goes to normal speed and then everything is as it should be until the end of baking. I addressed a letter to the joint venture store for help, studied my case for a long time, answered the speed of rotation of the blade may change and this is not a malfunction. That is, half a year of operation of the stove in normal mode does not count, they did not notice. You can of course spit and take another device, but somehow the attitude of technical support seemed offensive. So I decided to cry. I am very glad for those whose stove has been serving for more than one year. It is a pity that I am not with you, most likely this is my single case.
Thanks again for this site, simply immense help for both beginners and experienced ones there is where to share their knowledge.

Buy yourself this bread maker too. I tried grain, from a mixture, in the main mode. It turned out very well.
Before that there was a Scarlet 400. There were problems with the dropping top. Not a pretty kind of bread.
And in Garlin it is beautiful, the top is round, the crust crunches.
But Borodinsky from a mixture of poods did not turn out very well. We must try a different mixture.

I agree, the bread turns out beautiful, it is only incomprehensible why it is baked on the "white bread" mode, and not on the whole grain mode! It is also strange that in the "home" mode it is impossible to get rid of the repeated batch! I dreamed of having such a mode for baking pure rye sourdough bread. You have to turn on the "kneading" mode separately, then "yogurt" (for raising the dough), then "baking". And it bakes really well!

Basic mode. Recipe from HB bread for every day

There are no complaints yet. Everything suits me.

Yesterday I baked white bread in Scarlet-400. Squat again. I didn't have time to take a photo. Baked 500g, ate while still hot. Tasty, but not pretty.

Continuing the theme of my stove. One fine morning the stove suddenly, prematurely, stopped turning the blade. I shot a video, sent it to the joint venture of the store, and to the credit of the manufacturer, he sent me a new stove, paying for delivery, as well as delivery for the repair of a faulty stove. That was the end of my story of the nine months of Garlin's stove. I really hope that the new one will not follow in the footsteps of the old one and will delight my family for years with really delicious bread.

Hello everyone! tell me the recipe on rye sourdough for our HP

Katherine777
Good evening! I very often bake rye-wheat on rye sourdough (50% flour-50% water) I posted a photo on this forum (4 pages)
sourdough 150g
water 150 ml
oil 1 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 290 g (80-100 whole grain, the rest 1 grade)
bran 2st. l.
1 st. l. milk powder
liquid rye malt or kvass 1-2 tbsp. l. (if there's)
salt 1 tsp l.
sugar 3/4 tbsp l.
It turns out a loaf weighing about 550g. I knead everything on the whole grain mode. I wait for the first kneading, take out the dough (I grease my hands with oil beforehand so that the dough does not stick) and form a loaf. I send it back to the form, reset the program and wait until 2.5-3 hours come up. just right for my leaven. Then I bake in baking mode for an hour. Done !!!

Hello everyone. And what kind of yogurt you get! Without any grains, even thickish mixture. Maybe someone will use my experience. At first I cooked yoghurt right in a bucket, but after transferring the finished product to another container for cooling, it didn't look so presentable. And my wife suggested removing the bucket another plastic container 2 liters. I found a cover-stand for the drive of the bread machine, on it a 2 liter container. For 1.6-1.8 liters of milk, two packages of Danone were diluted as a leaven, and as a result, his miracle was yogurt. And this is not to mention the lush and delicious bread of different recipes. I am satisfied with the stove up to the neck, if only I did not let the bucket drive down like the last time.
