It is difficult to sell HP noname for 16,000 rubles that sellers just do not come up with and of course do not forget about the gear in Panasonic, which is never there

Could it be more detailed, what does not mean? Didn't have a kneader gear? Or is it not true that they began to do it of low quality?

Ps - I am also campaigned for this bread maker, here I understand))

Nope.
We had a limit of 10 thousand, and this vaunted stove with all the discounts came out 12,900.
I ordered Panas 2511 on another site.

The same story. When trying to update Panasonic began to convince of the presenceplastic gear", which supposedly used to be nylon and good. They persuaded to buy this stove. So how to find out the truth about sherterns?)

Panasonic Bread Makers Problems and Breakdowns # 1862
Tanya Ivanova
I bought this stove for the sake of the user mode, because I love rye, which I distribute for at least two hours, with one batch, and I bake for an hour and a half or two (modification of Vanya's recipes from this forum and Andevit from a multicooker, Yanin's).
In the old simple oven Moulinex, which had broken down this year (has the right, has been serving since 2011, hibernates in the country), it worked well, but with dancing: I took out the stirrer and turned off the oven for an hour after the intended proofing, before baking, covered with a mattress), then I put the pastries on twice, followed the clock so as not to burn.
I was hoping to program the Garlyn home br-1000 for these parameters.
The stove looks soundly, I did not find a description of how to set the user mode, but the control seemed intuitively convenient. I set the required time for proving and baking (they are divided into three phases), an hour in each phase of proving, zeroing the second and third kneading, and two phases of baking - an hour and half an hour, filled the oven with ready-made mixture for Borodino bread, but after the first distance the second one turned on kneading! Then she took out the stirrer. Proofing was carried out in a barely warm stove, only in the second phase it went with noticeable heating, then a small kneading attempt was turned on again (kneading?). Baking took an hour, although I exhibited one and a half, in two phases.

The bread has risen by 2/3 of the bucket, loose, evenly baked, tasty, but from mixtures (in my experience they are more stable than hand dough) you can also make on ready-made programs, they always fit well, especially since this oven is equipped with such a program , for ready mixes.

Either I made a mistake when setting the modes, or there, like in Kenwood 450 (which I first aimed at), the proofing is only complete with a non-zero kneading and again there is dancing ahead with removing the mixer and switching programs in the process. But for this, a stove for 5-7 thousand would be suitable, and not for 12 900 (.

Do not tell me, there is somewhere a table with a description of the stepwise duration of all modes, as it was in Moulinex: how much in each program is for kneading, proofing, baking. Maybe it will be easier to compose the one you need from the automatic programs?

Good day! While browsing the forum I came across this topic and decided to share my experience of using this stove too.
It has been in use for over a year. Friends gave it for the anniversary. I don’t know whether they themselves chose or advised them, personally I am satisfied with EVERYTHING in this stove. It is very convenient to use it. Everything is intuitive and simple. I bake bread 2-3 times a week. Usually a loaf of Borodinsky 750g. (According to a recipe from a book), and potato https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=1368.0 For more than a year of use, bread was ALWAYS made. The bread is baked, without unmixed areas and lumps. If you do not open the lid while the program is running, the top crust is crispy, it turns out to be a dome and does not fall off. The other day I have an event planned and I wanted to please my loved ones with various types of bread. I baked 6 loaves in total. Basically the weight is 1 kg. Only Borodinsky 750gr. I took all the recipes from the book that came with the kit.
Below are photos of all 6 loaves:

Good evening everyone. I bought and use a GARLYN Home BR-1000 bread maker at work in the Far North, Yamal Peninsula. We have a male team of 8 adults. You have to bake 3-4 loaves a day. We all like good bread, and in the conditions of the tundra, go find a store, or frozen bread, or at the nearest drilling rig, to which you still have to get to and poor-quality bread crumbles. We solved the problem by buying this bread maker and now always with fresh bread. Of course, the average family does not need such an amount of bread per day, but for 8 men you have to bake and this has been going on (the oven works in this mode) for 8 months already. There are no complaints or complaints about our nurse, I put all the ingredients in the bowl and after 3 hours 15 minutes a loaf of 1000g. and the aroma of fresh bread for the whole carriage-house (we call it "beams"). So if any of you are considering buying this model, I recommend it.

Sergey_89, your photos seem to be taken at the same time, in the same place, from the same angle and with cooled loaves.

Happy for our far north, it turns out that the Internet has already been brought to the tundra! :-)
Slava, Wasn't it worth it, than to drive the poor stove five times a day, to immediately buy a more spacious machine?

Good afternoon everyone! Our people are so distrustful of positive reviews))) I also bought myself the same bakery, which I did not regret for a second. It is my first and only one, so I have nothing to compare with, but for all the time, not a single unsuccessful bread. Always perfectly baked and delicious !!! Children love crusts with garlic and butter)) I bake it about every other day. I will not argue, maybe there is cheaper and with the same abilities, but she initially attracted me with her appearance. A reliable, steel filly, which, I hope, will serve me faithfully))) Success to everyone in baking!

Katherine777, when and if you regularly show your different breads, including freshly baked and still hot ones, share your recipes, tell about the shortcomings and complaints about the bread maker (and even the super-honored Panasonic has them), then your reviews will become more significant and earn trust.
Good luck with your bread!

This is a normal healthy skepticism of a potential buyer. ;-)
Your reviews are undeniable, but when people sign up for one compliment and disappear, it's a lot like a promotion. Maybe the users are real, but everyone knows that online stores pay money for positive reviews (but only once), I have a bunch of such offers in the mail, I’m still not going to unsubscribe about my new technology, I’m waiting for the impressions to accumulate.

I took as a basis the bread sveta-Lana WHEAT-RYE BREAD WITH STARVE FOR FORM L-11 IN BREAD, I wanted to insert a link, but the moderators did not let me in))) you can find it by name
but slightly modified for myself
dough
dough 200 gr
water 110ml
wheat flour 200g
peeled rye flour 60g
bran st. l. with a slide
fermented rye malt 1 st. l.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 3/4 tbsp l.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

I kneaded in a bread maker, took out a spatula, then left it for proofing for three hours, until the dough rose. and turned on baking for 60 minutes. And then I added another 10 minutes after the end of the program. That's a minus !!!! Baking for a maximum of 1 hour, you can not put more on)))

I haven't tried the dumplings dough yet. I wrote that I only have it for two months, and I bake only bread in it. I still baked baking, I also took the recipe from the site, but there is no photo, unfortunately.
Of the shortcomings, you can add that the scapula always remains in the bucket))) but soaked in water for 5-10 minutes, it can be easily removed and washed

Maybe you're right, but I'm used to trusting people))) I've only been on the site for 2 weeks, while I study everything, I read a lot of comments))) I grew rye sourdough thanks to the site and learned that bread can be baked not only with yeast. I'm a beginner at all and haven't posted my recipes yet, while I'm just learning. But everything works out and I am very happy about it!
Crown
Of the shortcomings, you can also add that the scapula always remains in the bucket)))
This problem can be easily solved - drop a couple of drops of vegetable oil on the rod before putting the spatula on, and then it will not stick, but there are also pitfalls here, if you do not immediately get the mixer out of the loaf, you can scratch it with a knife when cutting bread. I forgot mine like that a couple of times and already a little bit of it. It's good that my Redmond has a spare paddle in the kit.

I want to add my fly in the ointment. I chose my bread maker for a long time. I read reviews, studied the complete set. And turning to one of the online store in order to buy Panasonic, as already written here .. one to one they discouraged me and offered to buy Garlin. It was very important for me that the bread maker could knead the dough for dumplings and dumplings and bake Borodino bread. After the manager rasshvplivaniya I bought it. Chz six months she broke down. We handed over under warranty for repair, the motor and the board burned out. Chz was taken out of repair for three weeks. After 3 months, it calmed down again. And the change of the motor is clearly less powerful. I didn’t stir any additives, although my native did well. I will take it again.
Baking and 0.5 and 0.75 and 1kg. All OK. The design is super. If not for the breakdown ... It would be super. We don't use it very often. Only for myself, about 1-2 times a week.
I did not find a single review of the breakdown on the Internet. Is it just me so lucky?

Elena, I read your review with interest. I think this is the first online review of Garlin's real quality. I also look after myself a bread maker (including for kneading dough). And exactly the same situation, the consultants of the online store dissuaded from Panasonic in favor of Garlin. It is possible that we have contacted the same online store with you! Outwardly, Garlin really liked the stainless steel, buttons, dispenser, etc. Confused by a murky unknown "pseudo-German" brand, in fact, Russian with a Chinese design. And they were completely surprised by the enthusiastic reviews and reviews, in which the bread maker of an unknown brand bypassed the world famous Panasonic and Kenwood.
tatyanavasileva1975
Good Saturday! I decided to share my experience of using the Garlin stove. I bought a bread maker about a year ago for the first time and learned to bake different breads on it. I took recipes from Garlin's recipe book, read various reviews and advice. Today I can say that I know and bake a lot. The number of recipes is replenished in my book, and learning different programs is beneficial and enjoyable. There are 15 modes in the menu, which are set for different baking times and temperatures. And not just baked goods. I bake on mode 1 most often, it is suitable for many recipes. I bake on the 14th mode, if I wanted to brown the bread more. And at 15, you can set absolutely any program and cook almost any pastry.I was pleased with mode 8, in which it became elementary to knead the dough in 15 minutes. The stove is working properly. My family especially likes Borodino bread. If baked using a mixture, it is very simple and delicious. But you can also complicate your task by using malt and honey, and then the bread turns out to be even tastier. Now I have learned how to make yogurt. It turns out every time and is very tasty. I like to add sugar and strawberry jam. tatyanavasileva1975, the last bread is beautiful! What was the recipe for baking?
tatyanavasileva1975
This is a candied fruit cake, it turned out really beautiful and very rich. The next time I baked, I put in less than the recipe. But this is not for everybody. Recipe: raisins quiche-mish -110g, dark raisins -120g, candied fruit (any) -30g, orange juice -200ml, brown sugar -120g, egg -1, white wheat flour - 100g, whole grain flour -80g, dry yeast - 2 teaspoons, cinnamon -1/2 teaspoon, ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp. First you need to mix dried fruits, candied fruits, sugar and pour it with juice. Leave for 5 hours. In a bowl, beat an egg, mix both types of flour, yeast, spices and candied fruit mixture and mix thoroughly. Remove the stirring paddle from the baking dish and place baking paper on the bottom. Transfer the ready-made mixture and bake in a bread maker on the 14th setting, first for 1 hour, and after the signal for 50 minutes. I was glad to share!

Good evening! Recently I posted a review about the breakdowns of my bread machine. I didn’t want to repair it again ... TC warranty ends and if suddenly there is a breakdown again .. then at our own expense ... and expensive parts broke. I turned to the official representative and found it on the Internet. And I called them. After I explained my situation, the marriage manager offered me an exchange .. the same day they sent a brand new bread maker. Upon receipt at the point I selected, I received and, according to the invoice number that was sent to me in an SMS message, I sent mine with documents on the previous repair. For three or four days, I took a new one and sent mine.
I was very pleased with the attitude to the problem. And they listened carefully and offered to choose a convenient place of receipt and exchange! Now this is a rarity ...
I'm happy again with the pastries in Garlin's bread maker. I decided that I should write this .. otherwise it is not fair to the manufacturer.
Today we have the cheese bread most loved by children.

This is strange, such generosity without technical expertise .... The exchange of goods that cannot be repaired is carried out by the store, after the examination of the store itself, then the SC with the issuance of an opinion. In general, this indicates the low quality of this HP and the lack of proper repair service and spare parts, which the Chinese noname does not have in nature. The sale price covers repairs and repairs are carried out according to the scheme, we do it from two, one such service option is increasingly common.

Hello everyone. Bought my first bread maker, GARLYN HOME BR-1000. Everything seems to be clear. Unclear with dispenser. I want to try piling whole wheat bread. The dispenser will open itself at the right time. After kneading the dough. This allows the additives to remain intact, yet evenly mixed.
Only when filling the dispenser, insert it all the way. I understated and the dispenser did not open. Now I have taught it and I insert it all the way. Now everything is ok.

Greetings to all participants!
I read the forum for a long time, I understand the hardware, so far only the very basics, koloboks and the choice of the oven))
First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
Now in essence)
I decided to buy a Panasonic 2512 or 2511. I ordered it in the online store ... And then, everything, like many here, the manager calls and says bad Panasonic steel, changed the drive, before the gears were metal, and now they are plastic, they break after 1-1.5 years, there were still the words "carbon" (with an unsuccessful attempt to explain what it is)) and "tension belt". And that they are not guided by reviews, but by the data of calls to service centers. And a link to this oven was sent. She said - thank you, I read it, and read here, since the name is unfamiliar and has not reached the topic of Panasonic breakdowns yet.
I found this topic, read it ... The manager calls, I say thank you, I want Panasonic, he asked why, I said that I did not find confirmation of his words, and at the end he says - just keep in mind, if there are problems with impurities, this is not a warranty case, take a better Panasonic 2000, where they fixed this problem. About the impurities in 2511/2512, I don't remember anything about massive complaints on the forum ...

I'm not saying that Garlin's baking is bad or that he bakes bad bread! But I decided to do without experiments. Since I like photos of breads from Panasonic)
