Ingredients

date 150 grams
fat-free soft cottage cheese 100g
egg C-O 1 piece
ground oat bran 30 grams
ground flaxseed bran 50 grams
skimmed milk powder 20 grams
baking powder 1 rounded teaspoon
sugar substitute taste
salt 1/4 teaspoon

bitter chocolate taste
fat-free cocoa powder 1 rounded teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Cooking the sauce according to the recipe

  • Date "caramel" sauce
  • We select 150 grams. Add cottage cheese and egg, mix.
