Pumpkin corn muffins

Ingredients

Sour cream 20% 200 gr.
Sugar 100 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
Eggs 2 pcs.
Pumpkin puree 200 gr.
Wheat flour 150 gr.
Corn flour 100 g
Soda 1 tsp without a slide
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Cinnamon (optional) * 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix and sift both types of flour, cinnamon and soda. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Without stopping whisking, add sour cream, pumpkin puree and vegetable oil. Gradually add soda-flour mixture, mix thoroughly. Place the dough in the casserole dish, 2/3 full. Bake at 180 Cabout about 25-30 minutes until dry match. Cooked muffins can be sprinkled with powdered sugar

Note

* I have vanillin instead of cinnamon 1 gr.

I baked double the rate. I baked half in paper tins, half in silicone. So the paper molds did not come off well from the cupcakes, and they jumped out of the silicone ones without any problems.
The cupcakes are light and fragrant. Everyone liked it.
