Lingonberry jam with apples

Ingredients

Berries 800 g
Apples 3 pcs.
Sugar 600-800 g
Vodka or cognac 50 g
Cinnamon stick
Honey 1/2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, cut them - boil a decoction from the scraps, boil the syrup from all the sugar on it. Pour the berries and apple slices with hot syrup, cook as usual (I do it in 3 doses).
  • Add cinnamon, alcohol and honey for the last cooking.
  • Transfer to a hot jar.
  • The remaining syrup (I got too much of it) is boiled 2 times - the result is a delicious jelly.

Note

Lingonberry jam with apples is a classic, I have my own way of cooking it, it turns out even tastier !!
