Strawberry-yoghurt mousse

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries 170 g
Melted berry syrup 50 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Gelatin 15 g
Yogurt 300 g
Sugar 90 g
Cream 33% 250 g

Cooking method

  • Pour over instant gelatin with syrup from melted berries. When swollen, heat until dissolved. Add lemon juice.
  • Mix together yogurt (homemade), sugar and melted strawberries. I don't chop the strawberries, I just mix everything with a mixer.
  • Whisk the cream until steep peaks.
  • Mix gelatin with lemon juice with 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt-strawberry mixture thoroughly. Then mix immediately with the rest of the mixture so that no solidified gelatinous pieces form.
  • When the yoghurt-strawberry mixture is well mixed with gelatin, add cream there, and gently, but not less thoroughly, mix in one direction.
  • Pour into bowls.
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • It turned out sooo tasty!
