Pancakes with sour milk

Ingredients

Sour milk ~ 1 liter
Flour sun 300 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil + butter 3 + 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • If suddenly sour milk is found in the refrigerator ... Although milk can be specially put to sour at room temperature for 6-12 hours.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt until smooth.
  • Pour in half of the sour milk and stir thoroughly.
  • Without stopping stirring, add flour in small portions, stirring all the lumps.
  • Add the other half of the sour milk and knead the dough until smooth.
  • Add soda to the dough, mix.
  • Pour in melted butter and vegetable oil last.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake the pancakes in a well-heated non-stick skillet, greasing it from time to time.
  • The pancakes will turn out to be plump.
  • For thinner pancakes (as in the photo), pour 1 cup of boiling water into the dough in a thin stream, constantly stirring the dough. The flour will be brewed, pancakes will be thinner and more plastic.

The bottle was on the balcony, it was cold. In general, it turned out that the milk did not turn sour! Therefore, she quenched the soda with apple cider vinegar. I added 200 ml of boiling water to the dough. Baked in a cast iron pan. It turned out a lot and delicious!
