The dough is usual, on kefir, liquid, pouring. About 160-170 g of flour, 1 egg, 200 ml of kefir, a little oil, salt, spoon sugar, baking powder or soda. Knead in a blender, I have it small, 700ml, it is convenient for me in it.
Dough for cookies on sour cream, with margarine, sweet, with lemon syrup, one egg. The dough is thicker, it was deposited with a pastry bag.
