To increase the fat content of the cream and the tenderness of the dessert, at the very beginning I added a piece of plum to the hot cream. oil (by eye), and pierced with a hand blender. Then she continued to cook like with heavy cream.

About yolks. Homemade eggs. And I don't really like them in baked goods and desserts - for me it smells like an omelet. I tried to strain the yolks through a strainer to free them from the surface shell. Happened!!! And the dessert after that didn't smell like an omelet! Hurrah!!!
