Ingredients

DOUGH:
Wheat flour 180 BC
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sugar 50 g
Eggs 4 things.

Water 1 l. 100 ml.
Cinnamon 1 stick
Rum or other light alcohol 100-150 ml.
Sugar 350 BC
Lemon 0.5 pcs.

Cooking method

  • We sterilize 4 jars of 0.5 liters. (I have jars of 0.45) and screw caps for them.
  • Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until thick foam. Introduce sugar in parts.
  • Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.
  • Flour + vanillin + baking powder = sift. Stir in the dry mixture with a spatula into the whipped mass.
  • Knead the dough until smooth with a mixer. It turns out the dough for pancakes. Put in tins for only 1 tsp.
  • You need to bake cupcakes in small tins (you don't need to grease them)
  • In the absence of special forms in the household, I bake some in a honeycomb silicone mold, some in thick-walled piles.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 * C and keep the muffins there for 10-15 minutes (watch out not to brown too much)
  • Willingness to check with a toothpick. cool directly in the molds.
  • Draw a thin knife along the contour of the cupcakes and remove them from the stacks.
  • You can tap the bottom of the stack with your palm. Cupcakes come out well, no prejudice. Products come out of special forms without any help at all))
  • Now the next step is to prepare the syrup.
  • Mix in a saucepan all the ingredients for the pouring (cut the lemon), except the alcohol.
  • Put on fire and after boiling, cook for about 10 minutes. Strain. Pour in alcohol. Mix.
  • Bring the prepared syrup to a boil again.
  • Place ready-made cupcakes in jars (somewhere on 2/3 level). Pour into jars, hot pouring to the top.
  • Screw on with sterile caps. Turn over. Allow to cool completely and refrigerate.
  • When it's time for dessert, it should be served with whipped cream, fruit, ice cream.
  • Pour syrup over the dish. A good dessert for tea, coffee.
  • NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN'S TREATMENT !!!
