Dessert marzipan Confetti and serpentine

Ingredients

Marzipan mass 300 g
White chocolate 190 g
Fruit jelly multicolored 150 g
Walnuts 8 pcs.
Raisins black handful

Cooking method

  • Chop the nuts coarsely enough without chopping. Cut the raisins and marmalade into small pieces. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, combine with nuts, raisins and marmalade. Roll out the marzipan in a thin layer (I have two colors, respectively, two layers ~ 20x15cm), spread the filling on the surface and roll it into a roll. Wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies. Cut the frozen roll crosswise into separate portions of the desired thickness.
