Bykovskaya, right. Only my batch does not turn off, but simply stops automatically. 5 batch, 5 rest and 7 batch. This algorithm is not required for mixing. You just need to knead the dough in any way you can. I wrote this so that a person would understand, if he kneads in HP, to which kneading mode the program on his HP is close to mine. The dough can be kneaded either by hand or in a food processor without following this principle.
