Pears 2-3 pcs.
Sugar 30 gr.
Cinnamon

  • 1. Peel pumpkin from seeds, cut into slices. Place on a Teflon mat or parchment. Brush with butter, then honey. Send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180g.

  • 2. Separate the pumpkin pulp from the rind with a spoon. Heat the pulp in a pan, pour in milk, add condensed milk, add cinnamon. Warm up for 5 minutes.
  • Separate the yolks from the proteins. Stir the yolks with sugar in a frying pan over the fire until smooth, add the pumpkin filling, add the butter and mix.
