Poultry breast jelly with agar

Ingredients

boneless chicken breast optional
boneless turkey breast optional
salt, garlic, onion, carrot taste
agar at the rate of 1 gram per 250 ml of broth

Cooking method

  • Pour the breasts with water, bring to a boil, salt, put onion in the husk, peeled carrots. Cook until tender.
  • Remove and discard the onions and carrots.
  • Take out the meat, cool a little, chop finely.
  • Strain the broth through cheesecloth. Pass the garlic through a press, put in the broth.
  • Pour some broth, add agar, stir.
  • Pour into the main broth, bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn off.
  • Add meat, stir. Pour. Refrigerate.
  • And put it in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with horseradish.

I cook and think. Here he will eat, but I have to swallow saliva.

I decided to try it.
It turned out ... a lot.
My husband said that during the day he would eat his own, harmful, and in the evening mine, useful.

Frozen still on the table, so replacing gelatin for this jellied meat is quite suitable for itself.
