Probably beautiful and tasty!
A question
What is cream cheese? and how to do it?
natapit
cream cheese is sold in the store. but if you do not have it, then you can use fine-grained pasty curd!

Hello. I want to say, awesome recipe, very beautiful !!!! Even the pictures are delicious. I will definitely try to do it. Please tell me how much cream is needed for the fondant and what fat content? I didn't see something in the recipe .... And another question: is cream cheese the same as mascarpone or not? I just have never tried it, a complete layman in baking. Thank you in advance.
natapit
no, it's not really mascarpone, it's much denser. it is rather a creamy curd of a very delicate consistency! Thank you. I edited the recipe!

You read that correctly, should the toothpick come out with crumbs? A curd cheese will not work, can you mix them with cream? And then they are tight. Is cream cheese more likely to work? Is the cream cheese sweet? Because our cheeses are not sweet, sugar may need to be increased.
