Ingredients

Boots (pasta) dry 200g (or whatever you need)
Minced meat ready mixed with onions and spices 150g (or as needed)
Chees Feta 50 g
Parsley taste
Garlic 2 pcs
Spice taste
Mayonnaise 1 st. l.
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Milk or cream 100-150 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare the minced meat as you like, I have yesterday after cabbage, with onions and carrots.
  • 2. We stuff our boots with minced meat, and I also stuffed some of them with feta cheese mixed with garlic and parsley.
  • 3. Prepare the filling: mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cream or milk, add spices and grated cheese, mix everything.
  • 4. Pour 10 ml of oil into the pan of the pressure cooker, put the boots there, fill in our filling.
  • Choosing a mode "Multi-cook", 120 degrees, time 8 minutes.

And also, can you open the MV during cooking if you cook with the lid closed?

In 1054 the time goes differently, 8 minutes is 8 * 3 = 24 and + roughly 3 minutes and then 27 minutes
