Most likely we are talking about a milk cooker. There really are two walls, between which water is poured.

I asked about wet meringue
Does anyone know the recipe for wet meringue in this car ??
And moderators, dear !!! or Chef .... maybe it would be possible to somehow create a Temka with recipes specifically for induction Kenwoods (after all, this is a method of cooking in a certain device) ??? Then it would be more convenient for all of us and for the guests too !!!! Even Masha (it seems) has a video !!!!
Olga VB
OlgaUnfortunately, there are not many recipes specifically for CM with induction on the forum.
But there are many other recipes that we implement with induction CM.
That is, we simply adapt the recipe we like to our technique.
We do not write in recipes "to knead the dough with the help of CM" a specific model ". And we do not write" to beat proteins with a mixer 2-specific model ".
So it is. Choose a recipe, and then see what and how you can do within this recipe using your technique.

However, there is a small selection of recipes where the use of CM with heating is directly indicated.
Here are just the hands do not reach in any way to arrange it all
After all, you first need to edit the topics, clean up everything empty, and then make links, otherwise the links may be broken.
Therefore, the less everyone floods, the sooner these links will appear.
Sedne
By the way, I am also interested in this wettest meringue, can anyone tell me how to cook it in induction?
Leilashka
Miranda, thanks) Yeah ... he's good, good)
zvezda
Olga! I perfectly understand what kind of work it is ... to fish out the recipes from somewhere and collect: girl-swoon: Just if you open the Temko then maybe they will start spreading it ??? It's booming right now with these machines ...
With meringues, I just can't imagine which temperature, speed and which attachments to use 🔗
Of course, I understand that I will spoil a lot of products until I get what I need: girl_cray1: but oh, how I love it

zvezda, this is a Swiss meringue (it is made like a wet cream) in Cooking Chef, I will drop the link later. There's a recipe for 086/096.
Type in the search engine: recipes for cooking chef in contact. There, just for our 096 car, recipes and video recipes in Russian. I'll throw the link in an hour.
Miranda
If it's a Swiss meringue, then here is clearly for cooking.

zvezdaHere are some good step by step recipes for our 096 model.
🔗

Yesterday I made Bechamel sauce, although I pre-whipped all the ingredients in a glass blender (butter, flour, milk 6%, added frozen boiled mushrooms), and cooked for 5 minutes at a temperature of 120 gr. 5 minutes, speed 1, flexi nozzle. It just happened a miracle, I just ate with a spoon, I could not tear myself away.
Bagelikus25
Miranda, I apologize for the flood. Interested in your Marcato pasta mixer. Where did you see her for 18 with delivery? I want her now too😁.

I can't go here, again I want induction I thought the action was over, but they are tempting

Well, today I met with representatives of Kenwood and they handed me the promised machine to disassemble. They warned that the machine was a demo, so something might not work. But while there is no instruction, I do not understand at all what and how it works. Well, the model is not the most, of course, fresh. But you can disassemble and see what's inside and how what works. I'll find the time and try to master it little by little. I believe that more recent models are unlikely to contain fundamental differences, at least in the mechanical part.
If anyone can reset the instructions for this machine, so as not to search and explain why the strainer and the nozzle, which is not in Sense, I will be grateful.
Well, ask questions, maybe during the disassembly process it will be possible to answer them.

And maybe good news, at least for the people of St. Petersburg.
Soon after the New Year, on Nevsky 55, DeLongy's company opens a culinary academy, a platform where you can meet, communicate with each other and the company's representatives, probably too. Exchange experience, participate in master classes, etc.
Miranda
Paul I, I'll send it now

I don't see the serial number, it throws it out when referring to the radical. The year of production is encrypted there.

But in terms of configuration it is not similar to the 70th series, there was another flexi-attachment. But for a number of countries there were other numbers, and judging by the English. the flag is true. Although the whisk is somewhat old, this was not the case in induction.

Paul I, and the strainer is about the steam basket you ask?
Pancho
Yes, a sieve is for a double boiler, an incomprehensible nozzle is for stirring. Does not deform ingredients in case of kneading any stew.

There, the equipment along the way is not native, but with the world on a string.

Well, apparently yes. However, now there is an instruction, I'll figure it out in everything. That I will not catch up, I will ask you.

I don’t understand another thing, but how the 070, 080 and 090 series essentially differ.
Outwardly the same.
In general, there are differences, who knows?

Oh, Pavel, what a cool toy you got!
Hopefully, in your research fervor, you will not ruin it to a non-working state, so that the toy turns out to be completely utilitarian. It’s not cheap, after all!
Violin
Paul, are no different, 070 was officially exported to other countries. We had 080 (084) / 086, and then the model was updated, making small changes in the blender-nozzle, it became 090/096. Models with "6" and "0" differ from "4" only in a set of add. Nozzles. In 020 it was not on "6", but on "3", there was a 023 model, that is, 020+ add-on kit. nozzles.

Machine differences or none, or they were not announced.
There were no releases with words like "improved motor, speed ... added something and now faster / quieter".

The difference was in the date of manufacture of the machine itself.
And in the package.

And there are also differences within the series - with or without a blender / processor, but a little cheaper.

70th series
The kit included another flexi attachment, another blender and another food processor. As for the rim, I'm not sure if there were thin rods or thick ones.

Kenwood Kitchen Machines

80th series
We changed flexi to what we know and what we gave you. The blender has changed - glass and heat-resistant steel. The food processor and disks to it have changed.

Kenwood Kitchen Machines

90th series
The blender now has another knife and a stirring stick. The glass bowl itself did not change.

In some configurations, the food processor has a nozzle stick not on the medium-speed socket, but on the high-speed one. I just read about it, and that not in all countries. In any case, in the Russian Federation, everyone has an old stick for medium speed.

The picture of the whole set looks like the previous one, but the stirring stick and knife are not visible in the general photo, so there is no point.

Girls, I'm here! Accept? My old dream has come true. And thanks to Kenwood's stock, they managed to buy it.
Whips of course gorgeous. There is something to compare. Before that there was an ordinary mixer, then Russell Hobs's kitchen machine. Heaven and earth. Model 096. I bought a meat grinder, a sieve-wiper, a slicer. I'm waiting for another souffleik, they promised by the end of the month.

Vinochek
and today I beat the protein from 1 egg (40 g). Super turned out! Beat only at high speed.

until Kesha failed in anything. I really liked sifting the flour through a rubbing sieve. And it breaks the lumps of powdered sugar well.

I liked the dough very much. It is understood in the same proportions and in the same flour / yeast 2 times better!

Any recipe or any special one?
I have never whipped on heating. In the summer I don't like to bake at all, but now there is no time

Twig
Miranda, recently started beating 3 eggs, found that there was no sugar at home. Not an ounce of pure improvisation went
I turned on the heating and added a couple of spoons of honey. Then 100 ml of hot milk. According to the recipe, baking powder is usually added if a biscuit is added with liquid. I usually forget
That's really whipped almost to the handles. The whisk was sinking. Here is the question, virgin, how do you peel this whisk from the dough? The silicone spatula does not really cope with some of the good that flies under the tap with water.

Then I put on a soufflake and it magically gently mixes in the flour. Here we must be vigilant so that the mass does not settle.

Ordinary recipe - biscuit. That time I had a roll.
Pancho
There Masinen had a recipe for Charlotte with heated eggs. Just induction was used: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=432002.0

zvezda, crackling in prsuda? This is normal. I don’t know why it depends, but on an induction hob, some pots are loud and some are quiet.
I meditate - 4 eggs on heating, 40 * max risk and the triangle above it is hidden

I wonder if heating a bowl of regular keshi on the stove before whipping will give the same effect.

heating a bowl of regular cashe on the stove before whipping

I would not heat the bowl on the stove.

But maybe if you pour it over with boiling water?
Bijou
And I'm wondering if there will be a difference without heating at all. Because 40 degrees is, as for me, neither here nor there, neither chilled nor warmed up - the eggs in the chicken lived at about this temperature and lived or even a little warmer.
Miranda
Bijou, hard to tell.
I have a room temperature of 22 degrees. The bowl is metal, that is, it cools a little, but let it also be 22 degrees.

40 degrees is almost doubled.
Bijou
Miranda, I mean, that the protein changes its structure due to heating and therefore keeps its shape better - it seems like there is no such thing.
