Ingredients

Petals of Compositae - calendula, marigolds, cornflowers.
Flowers of nasturtium, cucumber herb - borago
Fresh cucumbers
Leaf lettuce, nasturtium leaves, arugula, dill, tarragon

Cooking method

  • In Compositae - calendula, marigolds, cornflowers - we cut off only the marginal (reed) petals.
  • We tear the nasturtium into two parts with our hands.
  • Cut greens and cucumbers arbitrarily.
  • Mix everything and fill with vegetable oil or sour cream.
  • The petals of calendula and marigolds have a spicy, slightly bitter taste, cornflowers have a neutral taste, and borago have a pronounced cucumber. Nasturtium flowers have a spicy sweet taste.
  • Therefore, it is better to add vegetables and greens of a neutral taste - cucumbers, lettuce, etc.
