Ingredients

200 gr cottage cheese
1/2 - 1 cup kefir, cream
salt
a bunch of greens
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 clove of garlic

Cooking method

  • Add sesame seeds, garlic and oil as desired, you can use olive oil, sesame oil, any unrefined oil you like. You can not use it at all.
  • Mix cottage cheese with kefir and / or cream. Density as desired. Season with salt, add garlic squeezed out with a press, sesame seeds, oil and very finely chopped herbs.

  • With a blender, in a chopping bowl, grind the herbs and garlic. If the bowl is large, add the rest of the ingredients to the same place and mix in a pulse mode until smooth. If you put everything in a small bowl, add cottage cheese, everything else and use a blender / mixer with a wreath attachment or manually mix with a fork.

The recipe is super! I do something similar, only a little more garlic. I grind it with a fork - (well, this is if the mother-in-law has a blender in the village, the blender doesn’t carry any dung) homemade cottage cheese, homemade sour cream, salt, pepper, fresh dill and GARLIC! Yeah, and you can, and in general, any greenhouse there - whoever loves what. As a child, I was with my aunt in Georgia - so there, probably, they eat everything that grows.
